Modi’s war doctrine – PART-I BY Senator A. Rehman Malik

The world is now witnessing the anti-Pakistan war syndrome of Prime Minister Narendra Modi and he is trying to use his own war doctrine to achieve his political targets to win his elections. His war syndrome is not for the protection of territorial borders of India but to increase his numerical numbers to ensure to come back in power once again with the misuse of RSS and self-created escalation on the LOC.

One wants to know as to why Modi is full of violence and what drove him in his life to develop so much grudge against humanity, Pakistan and especially against Muslims. People are inquisitive as to how gradually Young Modi got sucked to the ideology of RSS and turned to be a hard-core member of the terrorist organisation, which even killed their own leader Mahatma Gandhi.

It is worth mentioning that his assassin Nathuram Vinayak Godse, was a member of the political party the “Hindu Mahasabha” and a past member of the Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS). Godse had planned the assassination of Mahatma Gandhi in collaboration with Narayan Apte and six others. Godse during the trial revealed that he assassinated Mahatma Gandhi due to his complacency towards Muslims; blamed him for the sufferings of Partition, and generally criticised his subjectivism and pretension to a monopoly of the truth.” and why agreed to give the share of cash to Pakistan.

Narendra Modi was associated with RSS from the age of eight years. He started an active role in RSS in 1971 when he physically supported Mukti bahini along with RSS in the separation of East Pakistan.

He along with RSS has a long history against Pakistan and his fellow Indian Muslims.

Let us review his personal life to understand his isolated and vengeful life history. He got married in 1968 with Jashodaben Chimanlal Modi. It was an arranged marriage and mainly it was planned by his mother to develop his interest towards the home and the blood relations. By this time Narendra Modi was amply attracted towards the Saffron Ideology. With his interaction with the RSS, he remained out of home for longer durations. He decided to say goodbye to his family and joined to support Mukti Bahini.

The marriage could not restrict him from persuading his advances with the saffron ideology. The couple lived together for only three months and then he moved out to travel across India and his life as militant took him away from the normal life.

His wife & mother were disappointed with his highly unusual conduct like an abnormal man.

The wife decides to study further & she completed her matriculation and started teaching in a school.

She is a government pensioner now but she lost her normal life because of Modi‘s interest in RSS.

Narendra Modi was finally assigned to BJP in 1985 by the high command of RSS. He rose to the position of General Secretary in 2001.

In the same year, Narendra Modi was appointed Chief Minister of Gujarat.

In February 2002, two years before 14th General elections in India, a historic unfortunate religious bloodshed known as Gujarat riots broke out.

59 Hindu pilgrims while returning from Ajodhya were burnt to the ashes. The responsibility was placed on the Muslim community in Gujarat, resultantly; heavy brutalities were carried out against the Muslims. A train was burnt in a fire at Godhra, Gujarat; killing more than 1,000 people amongst whom 729 were Muslims. Narendra Modi the then Chief Minister of Gujrat was accused of initiating the violence against Muslims amid to win the elections but he was given a clean chit and evidence was also suppressed by the local police.

He was criticised for its handling, however, Supreme Court appointed a Special Investigation Team, which under RSS pressure avoided to place evidence on record & hence the proceedings against him were dropped.

Here are some brutalities of RSS against Muslims:

RSS leaders have always carried an intolerant and aggressive stance against people of other faiths especially the Muslims. Its activities since its inception in 1925 have shown its monolithic extremist mindset which is being followed by PM Modi even now. The major acts of terrorism by RSS are the Murder of Gandhi by Nathuram Godse, Beating of Muslim youth by Bajrang Dal activists over talking to a Hindu girl, the demolition of the Babri Masjid by RSS, BJP, Shiv Sena and VHP activists, the Gujarat riots against Muslims, Bombing of the Samjhauta Express, killing of Muslims for eating beef and Malegaon, Ajmer and Mecca blasts.

RSS planned Pakistan Samjhauta Express Attacks on 18th Feb 2007 that killed 68 Pakistanis. A Hindu extremist leader Swami Aseem Anand, a leader of Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh (RSS) who had strong ties with Modi’s BJP confessed to having been a part of the incident. He also confessed in the court that several RSS preachers and Sang activists were directly involved in planning, funding and executing

Samjhauta Express, Ajmer, Malegaon, and Mecca Masjid blasts. He even said that General Joginder Jaswant Singh is “with us”. (Gen J J Singh was former Army Chief till Sept. 2007). Not only this but Indian Lieutenant Colonel Shrikant Prasad Purohit was also found evidently involved in 2008 blast in the Muslim-majority Malegaon town in Nasik district of Maharashtra and was also linked to the Samjhauta Express terrorist attack. In fact, it was a state-sponsored act of terrorism which was ignored by UNO and the International community.

The involvement of RSS extremist in the said attacks was identified by Chief of the Maharashtra Anti-Terrorism Squad Mr. Hemant Karkare who discovered Lt.Col. Srikant Purohit had got 60 kg of RDX explosive from government supplies for use in the terrorist attack on the Samjhauta Express train. He supervised the entire operation through RSS &RAW operators

The then Chief Minister of Gujarat, Narendra Modi, and BJP Prime Ministerial candidate, L.K.Advani accused Karkare of traitor and it’s a charge that in India carries a death penalty. And unfortunately RAW eliminated him Mr. Karkare during Mumbai attacks on 27th November 2008. In fact, it is yet another proof that RAW planed Bombay attack and elimination of Mr. Karakare was part of the Indian RAW sting terrorist operation of Bombay.

Visit of the Crown Prince by Senator A. Rehman Malik

The world is changing fast with multiple issues; meanwhile terrorism has changed the face of the world. The incident of 9/11 brought various regional conflicts and a worldwide economic meltdown. Middle East and South Asia are experiencing the worst period of the present times.

We witnessed Iraq war with highest death toll and massive destruction of almost the entire infrastructure. It was followed by Arab Spring, which spread to Egypt resulting in the ouster of President Hosni Mubarak.

Let me highlight that Arab spring brought number of adverse changes in Middle East and many Muslim countries suffered its bad effects which will continue for a long time. The present efforts by Saudi Arabia will help in normalising the situation in these countries.

The war syndrome was prompted by Daesh in the Middle East. Daesh adopted the form of guerilla warfare and in a short span of time it expanded and emerged as a most brutal terrorist organisation after Al-Queda.

Saudi Arabia played a wise key role as an elder brother of Muslim world in containing the further destruction in the Middle East. King Salman bin Abdul Aziz took over the reins in difficult days and created a new team with new vision for his people. I happened to meet King Salman bin Abdul Aziz during one of my visit to Saudi Arabia and I recall my interaction with him sitting side by side in a dinner hosted by King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz in the Royal Palace; I found him a pleasant, polite and wise dignitary.

Appointment of Prince Mohammad bin Salman as Crown Prince of Saudia was an apt decision by his father in prevailing situation. In considerably short span of time he acquired firm grip over the national and International affairs.

With the young and farsighted leadership, the Kingdom took substantial measures to set its national priorities and started implementing new reforms; that includes economic reforms as well as the austerity drive. The actions taken against corruption brought every renowned figure of the country under accountability process.

The Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman has emerged as the driving force behind ‘Vision 2030’; the kingdom’s long-term economic plan in order to stop its dependence on Oil. This was the biggest initiative taken to restore the Saudi kingdom’s stake in global oil markets by keeping the oil price low enough for a sustainable longer duration.

The kingdom successfully lobbied for laws restricting the powers of the religious police. The kingdom decided the women participating and empowerment in the national building and resultantly, in February 2017, a Saudi woman took the top slot in the Saudi Stock Exchange. The most remarkable move of the kingdom was the removal of ban on female drivers in September 2017, which was the first step towards giving more confidence to woman elite of the Kingdom.

The government took a great step by eradicating Saudi Arabia’s Wali system. The various administrative reforms are making the kingdom as a moderately modern Islamic State which is giving more confidence in Public.

It was HRH Mohammad Bin Salman who announced Saudi Arabia’s first nuclear reactor in November 2018. The kingdom aims to build 16 nuclear facilities over the next 20 years which is a great initiative. I recall that Saudia was the first country which expressed great happiness when Pakistan announce to be the first Islamic nuclear country and we still remember the gesture of then King of Saudia announced 100000 bbl of oil per month as support to Pakistan.

The initial steps taken for the collection of taxes and cuts in subsidies, a diversification plan, the creation of a $2 trillion Saudi sovereign wealth fund, and a series of strategic economic reforms called the National Transformation Program.

It was good note that an austerity drive slashed the state budget, freezing government contracts and reducing the pay of civil employees but with additional benefit to the employees.

I also feel that the recent reforms introduced in Saudi Arabia will have a positive impact on the Middle East, as it will bring a modern approach to governance as well as social and political structures of Arab states. The wave of modernisation will also prove helpful in de-radicalising the youth and Saudi has excellent program of de radicalisation of youth infected with terrorism from neighbouring Yemen.

I hope that the newly formed Islamic force does not remain restricted to the Middle East but also play a constructive role in many other Muslim counties including Afghanistan.

I feel proud of this fact that the concept of this Islamic force was initiated by me and it was discussed with King Abdullah bin Abdul Aziz after discussing with UAE leadership in Abu Dhabi and later on I handed over its draft to the Saudi Ambassador in UAE.

I proposed in my draft, that this Islamic force should continue to be increased and strengthened to help the needy Muslim countries facing internal and external threats and should be strong arm of OIC. There should be revolving command of three years from every Muslim Member State .This force should consist of troops from all the Muslim States with reasonable contribution of funds by member states. I hope this Islamic force becomes a strong arm of Muslim Ummah.

I hope General Raheel Sharif will organise the Islamic Force on above mentioned lines.

The biggest challenge for Muslim Ummah is to defeat Daesh, which is likely to become a more lethal terrorist organisation with the passage of time. Halting its growth should be the priority of this newly created Islamic Force.

I propose that Crown Prince Muhammad Bin Salman may take initiative to mediate peace in Afghanistan and his personal attention and initiative for peace will help to bring all the stakeholders on the table including USA because of his personal equation with President Donald Trump.

I would also like to appeal that HRH may use his influence over PM Modi to stop killing of innocent Kashmiris Muslims who are peacefully demanding their rights of self-determination. He perhaps may also express his solidarity with Kashmiris in their just cause during his upcoming visit to India.

He may perhaps also consider to consolidate Muslim Ummah by bringing all of them on one forum and in the meantime other Muslim countries including Iran hostile to Saudia Arabia should give up their false and complexes reservations and join our elder brother Saudi Arabia to make the Muslim Ummah a strong fort of Islam.

Saudi Arabia is very dear to us and we respect Saudi Arabia as elder brother and the solid bond is due to presence of Holy Places in Saudi Arabia and due to strong bilateral relationship. Saudi Arabia has always stood with Pakistan in its hours of need and played very important role in the development of Pakistan. Recent commitments of the Saudi leadership including the King Salman bin Abdul-Aziz and the Crown Prince Mohammad bin Salman to help Pakistan to come out of Economic crises are in lines with their love for Pakistan and Pakistani people. Every Pakistani is always ready to stand with Saudi brothers to defend the Saudi interests.

I remember the visit of late King Faisal bin Abdul Aziz during the Summit Conference in 1974 and his love for Pakistan and his friendship with Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto. Since then, the relations between Saudi Arabia and Pakistan kept on growing and strengthening. I am of firm belief that these relations would continue to get stronger and stronger with the passage of time.

In the end I would like to welcome HRH Prince Mohammed bin Salman to his second home Pakistan.

FATF ignoring terror financing of Indian PM Modi by Senator A. Rehman Malik

A regional situation is developing in which India is doing its best to push Pakistan towards diplomatic isolation. We have now no doubt that Afghan President Ashraf Ghani and Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi are on one page against Pakistan and President Ghani has publicised his self-confession through his own recent tweet by replaying the anti-Pak mindset. India has also successfully used USA against Pakistan in FATF.

It is strange that Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is propagating against Pakistan, alleging the charges of money laundering, terror financing and other false allegations whereas he himself is face of an internationally notorious terrorist organisation namely RSS operating in whole of India under the patronage of PM Modi. It is universally known fact that RSS is being funded by State of India under PM Modi.

The entire opposition of India is openly demanding to limit the role of RSS, which has become a symbol of terror in India and is likely to force way for BJP to win in the forthcoming elections.

India is indulging in terrorist financing in Pakistan through its spy network in Pakistan and the head of the said spy network was caught red handed who has also confessed doing numerous acts of terrorism in Pakistan as per plan provided to him by RAW.

The international court, trying spy Kulbhushan Yadav must not forget about the victims of Yadav who were butchered by him under the direction of Indian RAW. Will the court not set a precedent by rejecting his mercy petition in view of his heinous crime of murdering innocent Pakistanis?

I have sent an open letter reproduced as below to the head of FATF with a copy to the Secretary General, UNO and authorities in Pakistan including the Attorney General of Pakistan with the request to place my findings on record before the International court and FATF. I offer my services to assist the authorities in this matter before FATF on my own expense.

“Mr. Marshall Billingslea,

President,Financial Action Task Force (FATF),FATF Headquarters,Paris, France. Subject: Action against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for protecting international fugitives involved in biggest ever credit fraud and money laundering.

 I would like to place on record of FATF that the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is protecting a businessman who had defrauded 45 international banks based in UAE between 1980 and 1998, which has been termed as the biggest credit fraud in the history of international banking. They had conned these banks of $ 360 million which were later laundered throughout Middle East as well as European countries.

These fugitives are known as Madhav Patel and his father B M Patel who had colluded with each other in the commission of the above referred fraud. Interestingly, Madhav Patel is married to the first cousin of both Mukesh Ambani and Anil Ambani of Reliance Group of Companies. Mr. Anil Ambani is the same person whom Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had favored in the purchase of 36 off-the-shelf Rafale aircrafts from France by ignoring a state run company, which the Indian Opposition has termed as “Modi-gate”. The former French President Francois Hollande was forced to admit it publically that he was asked by the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi to give this deal to Anil Ambani and he had to accede to his request.There is a Red Warrant issued against Madhav Patel, husband of the first cousin of Anil Ambani, therefore, he is under full protection of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi due to his relations with Ambanis. I would also like to place on record that although Madhav Patel is wanted by various countries including UAE and UK yet when he was arrested couple of years ago in an unrelated matter; his arrest was not notified to any of the countries which had requested for his extradition.The question arises as to why Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi is being blackmailed and forced to favour Ambanis as and when they ask for it. It is Ambani Family, which is forcing Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi not to expedite the case of money laundering against Madhav Patel who is living in some place in India provided by Ambani family.Another undue favour the Ambani’s are enjoying from Modi Government relates to the namesake Prime Minister Narendra Modi, son in law of Ambani’s Sister. Anil Ambani’s sister Deepti Salgaonkar has two kids namely Vikram Salgaonkar and Isheta Salgaonkar. In December 2016, Isheta got married to Neeshal Modi, brother of wanted fraud jeweler Nirav Modi. Since August 2018, Ishita’s brother in law Nirav Modi, an Indian businessman, is wanted by the Interpol for criminal conspiracy, corruption, money laundering, fraud, embezzlement and breach of contract.He appeared on the international headlines in early October 2018 when Los Angeles entrepreneur, Paul Alfonso, filed a US$4.2 million lawsuit in Los Angeles against him and two of his now dis-functional companies namely Firestar Diamond Inc. and A. Jaffe Inc. According to court records from the Superior Court of California, he fraudulently has been dealing in lab diamonds and selling these as real one. His younger brother and Deepti Ambani’s son-in-law Neeshal Deepak Modi and manager and close aide Parab Subhash Shankar are also wanted by Interpol since August 2018 in connection with the same crimes as Nirav Modi. Nirav Modi is being investigated in a $2 billion fraud case of Punjab National Bank (PNB) also.In February 2018, the Indian government’s Central Bureau of Investigation (CBI) started an investigation on junior Modi, acting on a complaint from the Punjab National Bank that alleged him. All these cases have been put under the carpet and obviously who can dare in India including CBI & RAW to touch the Ambanis and their relatives/family members.In the light of the above mentioned blatant protection of fugitives of money laundering and robbery of money of the poor Indians, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi owes an explanation to justify to the Indian people and the International community about misuse of his public office to benefit only one family and the RSS. Actually, Narendra Modi is strengthening RSS by such kind of money, which is being generated through governmental contracts. I propose to the Indian media to re-verify these facts, which is whole true. Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi has to be prepared to tell the world that how is he supporting the terrorist group and openly financing a Terrorist Organization namely RSS, which is too dear to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi. He is the only star Prime Minister who is a member of Terrorist Organization RSS and yet both the Indian opposition and international community are tolerating him as Prime Minister.It is matter of International record that India also transferred funds to Kulbhushan Yadav - the agent of RAW who was caught red handed on 25th March 2016 while spying and financing terrorist acts in Pakistan and he was using these funds channeled through fake business concerns via covert Indian Establishment based abroad.After the detainment by Pakistani authorities the Indian agent Kulbhushan Yadav admitted himself that “my name is Commander Kulbhushan Yadav and I am the serving officer of Indian Navy. I am from the cadre of engineering department of Indian Navy and my cover name was Hussein Mubarik Patel, which I had taken for doing some intelligence gathering for Indian agencies and had been working in Baluchistan at the behest of RAW.”India has been funding terrorism for a very long period duly managed by Kulbhushan Yadav through Indian state sponsored terrorist financing violating international money laundering laws. The statement of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his Defence Minister is on record threatening Pakistan of teaching it lesson through destabilization of Baluchistan and thereafter RAW Agent was arrested in Baluchistan and he has confessed for spying and acts of terrorism duly financed by Indian Government under Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi.In view of the above facts, it would be appropriate to investigate the matter of protection of an Interpol wanted money launderer by the Modi government. Once the investigation is initiated, the victims and the concerned banks would provide documentary evidences to this effect. On the contrary, in order to divert the attention of the international community from his own patronage of money laundering, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi had engineered propaganda against Pakistan in FATF.Regards.Yours sincerely,S/dSenator A. Ironically, the international community including FATF and the international courts are turning blind eye to the naked involvement of Indian Government under PM Narendra Modi in financing terrorism inside Pakistan. The Indian Prime Minister is equally involved in protecting the wanted money launderers for his political and personal benefits. It is in the need of the hour that the international community must recognise the services rendered by Pakistan in war & terror. It is heartening for the people of Pakistan that Pakistan fought this war with USA and USA fully knowing well the services of Pakistan has dragged us in FATF by toeing the initiative of India.

I hope that the FATF would consider the facts mentioned in my letter below to its President and hope FATF will investigate these facts to take appropriate action against Indian Prime Minister and clear Pakistan from fake allegations engineered by India and fielded by USA before the forum of FATF.
