Attacking Pakistan’s Economy Via FATF by Senator A. Rehman Malik

Pakistan is getting consistent blows from inimical International pro-Indian groups, the likes of FATF, for instance, if one can say. Hybrid war model has been launched against Pakistan as a joint venture of USA & India, which is being used to shatter our economy and derail our national progress. The retention of Pakistan in the grey list is a big jolt to its already fragile economy. Moreover, it has exposed our poor foreign policy and the miserable failure of our so-called backchannel diplomacy with India and the USA.
Some of the former diplomats who suggested such back door channels owe an explanation. They need to tell what made them believe in compiling a report to assure the government and the institutions that re-election of Narendra Modi would benefit Pakistan in any way. Let’s not talk about what his re-election meant for the people of Kashmir. One cannot stand the stupidity of such analysts.
Indian NSA Mr Dovel created this deceptive mode and disinformation. This “Modi friendly” false alarm was deliberately fed through the back channels to the Pak authorities/ MOFA to keep Pakistan on the BJP side and to avoid any moral support to the Indian National Congress. India’s Pro-Modi Raw played three tricks in which our “backchannel operators” on Pak expense were used and the main members still have their relatives in India and their think tank getting huge funds & running these intuitions at the cost of national humiliation.
This is the reason behind Pakistan expecting neither the Kashmir blow in the form of change of status nor the shocking jerk of continuity of being on the grey list by FATF. In fact, the same backchannels had misinformed the government that the USA would get Pakistan out of FATF. Be thankful to such backchannel experts that Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi was confidently seen saying that Pakistan would be out of the grey list. It is the public’s right to ask MOFA whether it will make the name of these back channels public and the funds which their institutions received from the public exchequer.
The FATF decision of retaining Pakistan in the grey list shows total disrespect to the country which has sacrificed 70,000 lives in the “War on Terror”. The FATF’s decision is highly condemnable. Factually all the Jihadi organisations in question by FATF are the by-products of the War on Terror that Pakistan fought side by side with the US. If we go back, then the history of these organisations’ growth lies in the American proxy war against the USSR in Afghanistan. Pakistan decided to fight these organisations under my orders when I was Interior Minister for the PPP.
I disagree with the government’s view that they saved Pakistan from being blacklisted. The government has miserably failed to get Pakistan out of the grey list, which will cause an unmanageable balance of payment situation. And the economy will dwindle further. Instead of remaining in the state of denial, the government must accept its failure and formulate a workable strategy to get Pakistan out of the grey list in February 2020 by not taking the services of the same failed team of the said “back door channel” in USA & India.
I wish the government had informed the world that money laundering was not done by Pakistan but by those counties who created and supported the Jihadi organisations for their ulterior motives to keep the peace in Pakistan and Afghanistan disturbed. The creation and funding of Jihadi outfits came from the USA and support from the wealthy Saudis and other business tycoons from the Middle East.
FATF is joint effort of USA and India to undermine Pakistan’s efforts to eliminate terrorism and stabilise its economy. Pakistan should have demanded testimony from Condoleezza Rice and Hilary Clinton in Congress regarding who had launched these Jehadis. They had already made this frank confession which goes in favour of Pakistan & how they were funded & trained. The record of this confession by Hilary is, in fact, the right defence for Pakistan and it is strange to note that the government failed to put forth these important hard facts.
The FATF (Financial Action Task Force) blacklist is a list made for Non- Cooperative Countries or territories that are found to be none cooperative in dealing with the money laundering or terrorist financing while Pakistan has been fighting fierce war against terrorism since decades with numerous sacrifices in terms of loss of lives and irreparable damage to its basic infrastructure and economy in addition our PPP govt passed the money laundering law as per the advice of UNGA.
In November 2017, the International Cooperation Review Group in Argentina adopted a resolution, calling attention to Pakistan’s support to the Lashkar-i-Taiba, Jaish-i- Mohammad and affiliated groups like Jamaat ud Dawa whereas they all are proscribed and under scrutiny in Pakistan. Yet, Pakistan was not taken out of the grey list. On the other hand, India lobbied against Pakistan as it sent a secretary-level delegation to Moscow on 31st January 2018 not to support Pakistan. During his visits to Gulf countries and other countries across the world, Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi also asked them not to help Pakistan at the FATF.
India had charged Pakistan with failing to take concrete action against Hafiz Saeed, Maula Masood Azhar and other UN-designated terrorists, pointing out that its anti-terror law still remains out of sync with standards set by the international body. Pakistan was finally placed on FATF’s ‘grey list’ in June 2018 after India made attempts to politicise the proceedings in FATF against Pakistan. FATF gave Pakistan a 15-month deadline to implement its 27-point action plan which recently ended in September. Now in October 2019 from 13th–18th, during the 6 six days FATF meeting held in Paris decision was to be taken whether Pakistan would be cleared from all charges, blacklisted or it would remain on the grey list.
The meeting was attended by representatives from 205 countries, the International Monetary Fund (IMF), the United Nations, the World Bank and other organisations. However, China, Turkey and Malaysia had reportedly supported Pakistan at the FAFT meeting as a country needs the support of at least three other countries to avoid being blacklisted. As the outcome of the meeting, it was decided that Pakistan will remain in the “grey list” after it was given a fresh deadline of February 2020 to act against terror funding. Pakistan got four months’ time after it was warned of action by the FATF if it fails to complete its full action plan. In the said meeting, Pakistan produced four different reports, with imperial evidence of its compliance against terrorist organisations and money launderers in the country. Pakistani authorities upon implementing FATF’s recommendations confiscated all 150 properties of JuD and where 36 terrorist financing cases were registered against trustees as well.
The operations revealed details of properties and claims link to JuD/FIF (properties 15, 6 cases), Al-Anfaal Trust, Lahore (properties 72, 15 cases), Al Dawat-ul-Irshad, Pakistan (10 properties, 5 cases, Al-Hamad Trust, Lahore/Faisalabad (04 properties, 2 cases), Mosques & Welfare Trust (4 properties/cases, Al Madina Foundation, Lahore (2/2 properties/cases, Maaz Bin Jabal Educational Trust, (2 property/case) and Idara-i-Khidmat-i-Khalq (42/01 cases/properties). Pakistani authorities recovered some Rs1.2 billion linked to operators of Daesh, TTP, AQ, JuD, JeM, LeT, TTA, TTP, etc and filed cases against them.
The reports also revealed that in around more than 2.3 million combing operations conducted under the National Action Plan, Pakistan convicted 62 persons and filed over 750 cases against operators of AQ, JUA, SSP, JeM, LeJ, ASWJ, FIF, JuD and Daesh in past eighteen months under terror financing charges by putting top leadership of FIF, JuD and JeM in jails.Despite all this, the FATF overlooked Pakistan’s efforts and gave it another warning and extension instead.
The sheer discriminatory decision came after Pakistan produced substantial evidences against some eight terror groups that were funding terrorists in Pakistan which have roots in Pakistan but are operating from fifteen countries, including the United States, India, China, United Kingdom and some European nations. Pakistan tried to seek help from FATF to look into this matter to control terrorist organisations’ financing from different countries to which FATF turned blind eye and deaf ear as the International master is under the influence of India. We as country have failed in our diplomatic and backdoor channels and I think the leading ministry in this matter should have been the ministry of Interior and not the Finance.
Pakistan requested for FATF’s cooperation on the terror groups namely TTP, LeJ, JuA, Harakat-ul-Ansar (HuA), Daesh, Al-Qaeda (AQ), Emarat-e-Islamia, Tehreek-e-Taliban Swat (TTS), Baloch Liberation Army (BLA), Baloch Republican Army (BRA), Hamas-linked NPO, International Islamic Charitable Organization (IICO), Revival of Islamic Heritage Society (RIHS), Zakat House Kuwait and Local NPOs/Eid Bin Muhammad Charity. Some organisations and their operators who are facing charges of funding terrorism were sending money by a convicted terrorist from the UK through the bank channel in Pakistan. FATF turned down Pakistan’s request for cooperation rather asked it to show significant and sustainable progress with a full range of its action plan by the next deadline; otherwise, the watchdog will blacklist its name. In our response, we should be given the list of those foreign diplomats who were declared as persona non grata caught red-handed distributing funds to the Jihadi organisations in Pakistan.
Not only this but earlier this year on 15th February, I had written a letter to the President of Financial Action Task Force (FATF) Marshall Billingslea, pleading him to take action against Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi for protecting international fugitives who have Red warrants against them like Madhav Patel and Nirav Modi. He is openly supporting and funding the terrorist organisations through RAW which is evident from the arrest of Indian agent Kulbhushan Yadav who was sent to Pakistan to carry out terrorist operations in the country duly sponsored by India. In light of these facts, I appealed to the President to investigate the matters of terrorist financing, as well as the protection of Interpol, wanted money launderers by the Modi government. I was expecting a satisfactory reply from the office of the President which I got right after 3 days on 18th February but to my surprise, the FATF clearly withheld my request rather suggesting me to contact the appropriate authorities.
There will be large scale efforts to get Pakistan blacklisted Pakistan, and even this preset grey list means our banking system will be regarded as having poor controls over AML and CFT standards. Expatriates will find it difficult to send remittances freely, and traders’ cost of business will increase because our banks will face higher scrutiny in international payments and foreign banks might not even do business with Pakistani banks. The government, too, will face problems in raising funds from global markets if we are placed on the blacklist.
In the present situation being on the grey list, the IMF may hold its loan after forcing the government to further devalue rupee and price hike in the country as per its present plan.

Dharna- now a way of Pak politics by Senator A. Rehman Malik

Dharna is now talk of the town and it is an omnipresent topic in all walks of life. The date of Maulana Fazal ur Rehman’s Dharna “Azadi March” is nearing and every coming day is making the government nervous. I had earlier advised the Prime Minister Imran Khan through a TV interview one month back that he should keep his ego aside and visit Bilawal Bhutto Zardari, Maulana Fazlur Rehman, Mian Shehbaz Sharrif and other political leaders and should talk with them politically to defuse the political uncertainty in the country. The political scenario would have been different and the upcoming political move of Maulana Fazalur Rehman would have been frustrated if the PM Imran Khan could have understood and acted on my advice.
We as nation have been trapped in numerous issues which have become now sources of depression in all circles. Nabbing by National Accountability Bureau has been scaring the politicians, bureaucratic and business community whereas the escalating inflation and price hike have put the poor and middle class in terrible distress.
Now the news of Dharna has certainly created uncertainty and chaos in the minds of people of Pakistan particular it is scarier for the citizen of Islamabad based on their past bad memories of Dharna when business was halted and the doors of schools were shut for children. The previous Dharna have taught us some lessons that must not be ignored. Parliamentary procedure should be adopted by opposition for any political movement against the government rather creating uncertainty among masses by sit-ins, blocking roads and shutting the schools, markets and hospitals.
Historically Dharna is a Hindi word for a non-violent sit-in protest to receive fast justice, state response or payment of a debt. The word originates from the Sanskrit word Dharna. In the time of all India, when there were the colonial system, Dharna was used as a popular form of public protest to express strong disagreement, disapproval and opposition to some action or something. It was also used as part of Mahatma Gandhi’s Satyagraha form of civil disobedience and protest during Indian Independence Movement. But, now we are independent nation and it is our own country where differences could be resolved through meaningful political dialogue rather still behaving and acting like under siege and unfortunately Dharna has become a pressurizing political tool in the hands of opposition.
Factually, in Pakistan along with use of other forms of protests and strikes, sit-in has received more popularity. The Dharna tactic in Pakistan was first used in 1958 by the first Chief Minister of the NWFP Late Abdul Qayyum Khan against the Prime Minister Feroze Khan’s administration to remove his President Iskander Mirza. It is part of history that Pakistan National Alliance (PNA) Dharna helped General Zia ul Haq to oust Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto- the first elected Prime Minister in the history of Pakistan and PNA used mosques to stimulate the masses. Unfortunately Dharnas have never served the democracy rather served latent aid to over throw the democratic governments. Qazi Hussain Ahmed then JI Amir organised Dharna against PPP government in 1993 and the government of PPP was sent home within the period of its launch from Rawalpindi to Islamabad. Moreover, murder cases were registered against the then Interior Minister late General Naseer ullah Babar and Commissioner Rawalpindi and both went to graves with the false FIR against them.
I as then Interior Minister experienced and faced the Long March for Restoration of Judiciary. On 9th March 2007, General Musharaf deposed the then-Chief Justice Iftekhar Muhammad Chaudhary along with sixty other judges and dissolved the judiciary which led to a nationwide lawyers’ long march. The March was first of its kind that demanded the restoration of judiciary. The judges were restored for some time until Musharraf imposed a state of emergency in the country and sent the Chief Justice home for a second time. Later in 2009, under PPP government, Nawaz Sharif along with Imran Khan and Qazi Hussain Ahmed planned a sit-in protest and against PPP. I was the one to handle that potential Dharna before it could enter Islamabad whose only purpose was to overthrow our government in the name of ‘Restoration of Judiciary’ but timely political wisdom and dialogue worked out and successfully averted the situation. On directions of then President Asif Ali Zardari, Iftikhar Muhammad Chaudhry was reinstated as the Chief Justice on my recommendations and there was no role of anybody else in this restoration. After this, there was a second Dharna in 2013 during my tenure when Pakistan Awami Tehreek (PAT) under Dr. Tahir Ul Qadri marched from Lahore and staged a sit-in against Pakistan People’s Party Government in front of Parliament House Islamabad which was also successfully averted and PAT was brought to the table through dialogue resultantly the said Dharna ended without any loss of life. This Dharna was planned in London backed by a powerful business house and duly backed by powerful quarters which I will write in details one day about the supports and protectors of the said Dharna.
On the other hand, during Nawaz Government, the Pakistan Awami Tehreek Lahore Dharna was not dealt politically through negotiation resultantly turned into a war Zone on 17th June 2014 taking the lives of dozens of workers of PAT hence we should not forget such aggressive political moves might lose chances of a peaceful settlement of the issues and can take many innocent lives when such mobs become unruly.
I was nominated as Chief of Political Jirga when Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI) under Imran Khan held a Dharna against Pakistan Muslim League (Nawaz) government. When the government was unable to defuse the impasse, I took the responsibility and by the grace of Allah Almighty, I was able to have it ended peacefully with the endless efforts of other members of the Jirga and the proceeding of this Jirga are part of the public record. JI chief Senator Siraj Ul Haq, Senator Ishaq Dar, Jehangir Tareen, Senator Hasil Benzjo and Senator Kalsoom Parveen and others played outstanding role in ending that 126 long Dharna of PTI. To defuse the deadlock and find a peaceful solution, several times, I met Imran Khan and Dr. Tahir Ul Qadri as part of the efforts. I have this honour to head and host this high powered Political Jirga and it was successfully concluded and I had full the confidence of President Asif Ali Zardari and my party - PPP.
The sit-ins led by Imran Khan of Pakistan Tehreek-i-Insaaf ( PTI) and Tahir-ul-Qadri of Pakistan Awami Tehreek along with billions rupees loss to the country economy, had also resulted in the cancellation of highly important visit by Sri Lankan President Mahinda Rajapaksa and postponement of Chinese President Xi Jinping’s maiden visit in 2014.
The people have very fresh memories of Faizabad’ sit-in where Islamabad was crippled for many days and it resulted with negativities incidentally. The sit-in was held in November 2017 by Tehreek-i-Labaik Ya Rasool Allah political party which hampered the daily life in twin cities of Rawalpindi and Islamabad as well as other cities across Pakistan. Now other political and religious leaders are also attempting to use this strategy of Dharna for their political gains and purposes. The history of Dharnas and lockdowns in Pakistan have resulted into victory of politicians but failure of democracy. Our country has been under siege by rumours, poor law enforcement, corrupt systems, protests, sit in’s and mainly because of the wedge between the Government and the institutions for the past few years and it looks the Dharna is now way of politics in Pakistan.

This Dharna could have been avoided if the government had kept the political environment cordial and political instead of following the politics of abusive syndrome for political opponents and nabbing them through NAB.
The Dharna tactics bound to bring political instability and discourages economic growth which eventually puts adverse effects on the socio-economic and political environment of a country. Consequently, the political instability will further reduce economic growth and will escalate inflation and price hike. A big question in the minds of the public that is Dharna going to be future way of politics or an effective tool as a counter force to keep the governments in place. I am of firm view that all Dharna in past have ended either by the fall of governments or ended with skilful political negotiation playing a win win situation and handling skilfully.
Let us see that will the negotiations succeed this time or evolution of a new system over a period of time may emerge in light of worst law and order and ever worsening of economy which has already made the life of a common man miserable. I hope the political leadership realizes the most difficult and sensitive time being faced by our beloved Pakistan from India, Afghanistan and USA.

Occupied Kashmir — Post PM’s visit to UNGA by Senator A. Rehman Malik

We all were hoping that Kashmiris will get relieved as it was being talked that Donald Trump will intervene through his mediation to get the curfew off and Kashmiris will get out of the cage but unfortunately it didn’t happen.
On the contrary, PM Modi demonstrated the power of his lobbing in an open address where he was almost hanging on the right arm of Donald Trump displaying his best efforts to the world about how he has managed to turn into a glued friend of Donald Trump from being among the top ten terrorists as per USA law.
On the other hand, the Muslim member states of UN except for Turkey and Malaysia, despite being a majority, did not dare to come up to even condemn the brutalities including the barbaric curfew in Kashmir. All remained mum whereas humanity kept bleeding in Kashmir and India continued to enjoy influence on the Muslim states.
The unity of great Muslim Ummah was clearly seen to be vaporised as there was not a bit of remorse on the faces of the Muslim members’ states at UN. Muslim block in the world must remember that the anti-Muslim designers will take on every Muslim country one by one. They should wake up and prepare themselves to avoid facing further aggression in the name of Islamic terrorism.I would like to make Mr. Modi understand that he is only deceiving himself and his nation by considering that Kashmir is an internal issue of India. He needs is go back in time to the point of agreement which historically still exists beyond doubt between India and Pakistan. That point of agreement is the one which brought to the United Nations Security Council by both countries in 1948 following which UN enforced ceasefire between both. It was the first time in 1947 when Kashmir dispute was first internationalised. It was that very time when the point of inescapable principle of self-determination was raised.
A number of resolutions were passed by UN Commission among which the principal resolution of self-determination was also passed to decide the fate of Kashmir. The resolution recommended that the future status of the State of Jammu and Kashmir shall be decided by the will of the people Kashmir through an impartial plebiscite. There were two elements of a peaceful settlement, first, the withdrawal of the forces of both India and Pakistan from the State of Kashmir and a plebiscite nominated by the United Nations to conduct a free and impartial plebiscite.
The world should wake up and realise how Narendra Modi tactically designed the Article 370 plot by first conducting Pulwama attack himself and after allegedly blaming Pakistan for it, he had openly threatened Pakistan of a worst possible revenge. It shows that he had already cautioned Pakistan of a likely devastating response.
For over two months now, under unprecedented restrictions, Kashmir is into a state of lockdown, tens of thousands of extra Indian troops have been deployed to the region and about 3,000 people including political leaders, businesspeople and activists - are reported to have been house arrested. The former three times chief minister of Jammu and Kashmir Farooq Abdullah has also been illegally detained by the Indian government also many have been moved to prisons outside the state in order to dilute Kashmir movements.
It is unfortunate to note that Pakistan not only lost the chance to table Kashmir Issue in UNGA but also failed to convince UNO to implement its own passed resolutions on Kashmir for self-determination or to even announce any deadline for plebiscite.
Pakistan should have convinced the member states to manage the required number of votes for tabling the resolution in UNHRC and the United Nations to refer the matter to ICJ against Indian government for the crimes against humanity being committed by Indian army troops under direct command of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.
The nation was expecting from the government of Pakistan to have taken up the following in the form of regulation: Announcement of date of determination - no new voting is required for that. 2. Appointment of a high powered Commission to investigate gross human right violations in Kashmir. 3. Should have referred the matter to IJC to investigate the delay in implementation of resolution on self- determination. 4. Demand for reference from UN to ICC under Rome convention for the trial of PM Modi as war criminal
It was unfortunate to note that government of Pakistan did not file any resolution till the end of the UN session. I do not know and even the nation at large also wants to know as to what stopped them from availing this great opportunity at this highest international forum where we have miserably failed to register our issues related to Kashmir. When Kashmiris were waiting for some divine help to get them out of miseries, unfortunately the international community was showing a completely cold attitude.
What are the reasons behind us to have been failed on FATF front, showing poor performance in diplomatic front on Kashmir and being unable to muster the requisite support from the world?
Now people have following questions in mind and they want the government of Pakistan should response to it:
1. What is the next step to get Kashmir out of curfew?
2. What measures are being taken at all levels to counter Indian move to treat Kashmir as bilateral level & not to be resolved on the UNGA resolution?
3. What diplomatic efforts are being taken to lobby in order to win support for Kashmir?
4. What action is being taken on my four points on IOK?

We should ask as to how long the international community is going to see Kashmir bleeding. Government should try not to allow to become Kashmir issue as a routine matter again and I hope it will announce an aggressive policy on Kashmir. Let us work at all levels to save Kashmir from suffering and bleeding any further.

Kashmir tragedy - is Modi getting away? by Senator A. Rehman Malik

Mysterious rise of a terrorist to the highest slot, Premiership of a country, Narendra Modi who had entered in politics as a trained terrorist, most wanted, enlisted in top ten terrorist of the world, went into hiding and disguised himself as a Sikh to avoid arrest is now the Prime Minister of India for his second term. Despite being most wanted in many cases and direct arrest order by then Prime Minister Indira Gandhi, Narendra Modi did not go to jail because of his shrewd tactics but hidden himself and roamed freely across the country in disguise and continued his nefarious activities. Not only this but he remained the head of terrorist camp of Rashtriya Swayamsewak Sangh (RSS) and administrated a special oath of the loyalty from activists of RSS.
Narendra Modi emerged with a title of ‘Butcher of Gujrat’ and was listed in the ‘top ten terrorists of the world’ whose entry to USA remained banned for long for his terrorist activities against minority Muslim population in Gujrat. I had already served a Charge Sheet to Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his government on February 5th, 2018 for his crimes against humanity in the Indian Occupied Kashmir where the Indian Army under his command is committing unprecedented brutalities in terms of mass murdering, mass blinding through pelleting, rapes, tortures, enforced disappearances, political repression and suppression of freedom of speech since day first and now he has imposed a cruel longest curfew since August 5, 2019 turning the valley into the largest cage of the world.  Since day first of Narendra Modi earlier tenure as Prime Minister of India, on his direct instructions the Indian Forces are killing citizens including children and women and these extra-judicial killings have become now a routine of Indian Army. According to Human Rights Report, since January 1989 till 31st January 2018, 94,644 innocent Kashmiris have been killed, 7, 099 have been killed in custody, 11,042 women were gang-raped and 7, 485 have been injured by pellets. Maximum number of above sufferings are during the premiership of Modi. However, the year 2018 has been deadliest in a decade with over 324 people killed.
The un-armed innocent Kashmiris are simply demanding their legitimate right of implementation of 11 Resolutions of United Nations Security Council which is being continuously ignored and denied. Instead of giving them their right of self-determination, PM Narendra Modi snatched the little rights they had under Article 370 and 35 A and now their voices are being silent by bullets, inflicting all kind of brutalities, complete lockdown of the valley, denying access of international media and human rights organization there.
I have been exposing his criminal activities of PM Modi and now once again reinforce that he is continuously committing gross violations of international laws and human rights.
I once again demand that he must be tried under International Criminal Court, based on the following Charge-Sheet as given below:
Prime Minister Narendra Modi and previous Governments have committed unprecedented brutalities against innocent Kashmiris in terms of mass murders, mass blinding, enforced disappearances, torture, rapes, political repression and suppression of freedom of speech.Indian Government is violating the global treaties by not allowing the Human Rights Bodies to access Kashmir. For years, PM Narendra Modi appeared in ‘Top Ten Criminals’ list and had been figured-out prominently in the search alongside images of terrorists, murderers and criminals on ‘Google’ and his entry remained banned in USA for his role in killing of hundreds of Muslims in Gujrat, India. PM Narendra Modi is an active member of RSS – A Terrorist organization, which is involved in the massacre of Muslims and other minorities in India and his own hands are stained with the blood of thousands of innocents Muslims and Christians who are the citizens of his own country and now he is replicating the same in Kashmir. ‘RSS’ is an anti-Muslim organization. Since the day one they have claimed to declare India as a “Hindu Rashtra” by 2025. RSS had earlier opposed the creation of Pakistan; it was RSS which killed Mahatma Gandhi through Nathuram Godse just because Mahatma Gandhi agreed with Quaid -e- Azam Mohammad Ali Jinnah for the partitioning of India and creation of Pakistan. It speaks of RSS and Modi’s anti-Muslim mind- set which the world is witnessing every day in Kashmir.Prime Minister Narendra Modi and his organization RSS continue to be anti- Muslims which was demonstrated by killing thousands of Muslims in Ahmedabad, Gujrat and in other parts of the India, the demolishing of Babri Masjid and now the same is being replicated in Kashmir.Prime Minister Narendra Modi has increased the number of troops in Kashmir to the level of 700,000 plus, to kill and inflict violence to peace loving armless innocent Kashmiris who are struggling for their right of self-determination under UNSC Resolutions.Prime Minister Modi has crossed all the limits of brutality and did not feel any guilt in ordering aggressive use of pellet guns against peaceful protestors in Occupied Kashmir, which the international community has termed as the first mass blinding in human history and now the longest and cruel curfew since August 5th, 2019 where people access to basic necessitates, food and medicines is blocked.
Prime Minster Narendra Modi is unleashing ethnic cleansing of Muslim majority in Kashmir; by mass murdering and settling the RSS trained families in Kashmir. They are being allotted lands and houses in Kashmir to reduce Muslims as minority there, which is the utter violation of the right of Kashmiri Muslims. RSS has already come up with a new strategy of five thousands Village Defense Committees (VDS) in Indian Occupied Kashmir.Prime Minister Narendra Modi stands fully exposed as a murderer of innocent Kashmiris and prime violator of Human Rights who has no respect for human dignity and honor and international laws.In view of the above misdeeds, the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi, stands guilty of murders and prime violator of human rights, dignity and honour. I therefore demand from the United Nations that Prime Minister Narendra Modi, government including National Security Advisor Ajit Doval should be tried for their war crimes and crimes against humanity in the ICC under Rome Statue. In the past Augusto Pinochet President of Chile, Slobodan Milosevic President of Republic of Yugoslavia, and Milan Martic and Milan Babic Presidents of Republic of Serbian Karjina, were tried for carrying out such crimes against humanity, and all of them were convicted.
Unfortunately the terrorist turned Prime Minister Narendra Modi is now rubbing his shoulders with those who legitimately declared him as top ten wanted terrorist in the world. We witnessed how PM Modi demonstrated the power of his lobbing in an open walk while climbing on the right arm of US President Donald Trump displaying power as ring leader of RSS and showed how he has managed to turn into a glued friend of President Donald Trump from being among the top ten terrorists as per USA Law.

On the other hand he played his skills and win the confidence of the Muslim member states of United Nations who under his influence did not even dare to condemn his brutalities and barbaric curfew in Indian Occupied Kashmir. Narendra Modi successfully blocked all the voice emerging against the violations of human rights by Indian Forces. Humanity was crushed and international leadership including some loud voices of Muslim countries allowed Modi to walk away from the UNGA by crushing the humanity and Victims of gross violation of Human rights. He walked away like he walked away after killing thousands of Muslims and despite the baggage of above charge sheet, he over smarted the world leadership and Secretary General United Nations and shamelessly his guilt of shedding the blood of innocent Kashmiris could not prick his conscience.
I would like to make Mr. Modi understand that he is only deceiving himself, the world and his own nation by driving his country to one party rule and turning the India into a deadly extremist state of the world. The world should wake up and realize how Narendra Modi tactically designed the Article 370 plot first to conduct Pulwama attack himself and after blamed Pakistan for it wherein he openly threatened Pakistan of a worst possible revenge.
PM Modi, You have done your best to block the following legitimate rights and demands of Kashmiris,
Kashmiris want and demand a fix date for plebiscite in Kashmir that UNSC Resolutions for self- determination and one day you will have to do.
Kashmiris demand appointment of a high powered Commission to investigate gross human right violations in Kashmir in continuation of UN human rights earlier report on Kashmir which calls for international inquiry into multiple violations by Indian Government.
Kashmiris want to have the matter of human rights violation and crimes against humanity to be referred to International Criminal Court.
Kashmiris demand for reference from United Nations to International Criminal Court under Rome Statue for the trial of PM Narednra Modi as war criminal and for all the brutalities by his Army under his own command.
PM Modi has great art of fleeing away after committing crimes both at home and abroad rather being in cage. He has cages thousands of innocent Kashmiris but telling the world proudly that he scraped 370 and 35A but sadly he has caged 80 million Kashmiris and inflicting all kind of damages to them in front of the so-called protectors of human rights and the champions of Democracy who are silent spectators of this unfortunate situation.

Mideast and South Asian tsunami — spring in making by Senator A. Rehman Malik

The world has been experiencing various geographic and political transformations as 2 world wars and uncountable number of proxy wars have been fought among the countries till today.
Wars are fought because every country wants dominance over other countries that are comparatively weak. The major reasons of war include political balances of power, religious or cultural reasons, land or resources or mainly over the arms conflict. The political leaders that go for war never realise that wars bring destruction and miseries for the nations as their infrastructure is destroyed, numerous deaths and economy is paralysed.
In World War 1, Germany had lost their two important coal mines namely Alsace and Lorraine and their two ports (Danzig and Mamel) as well because of which new countries were carved out like Poland, Czechoslovakia etc. Moreover, they had to pay war reparations of 6600 million pounds in a single installment. When Hitler came to power he disliked the treaty and invaded Poland which triggered the World War 2 in 1939. Italy also under Mussolini extended support to Hitler because they felt they were not treated properly in the Paris peace conference after World War 1. The basic factors of igniting wars are the same in the world as two countries in war can suck other countries into such fiascos without realising its fall backs.
We witnessed the fall of Hitler in the hands of west in World War 2 which changed the face of the world. It forced the nations to start designing strategies in addition to conventional war. The new strategies are now being transformed into hybrid war concepts. The hybrid war strategy is a blend of conventional warfare, irregular warfare as well as cyberwar fare which include different methods to gain political interests either through diplomacy, law fare, fake news, foreign electoral interventions, propagandas or terrorist acts and destruction of economies etc.
Japan was the first one to have realised and acted smart and adopted the best strategy by saying no war but to improve the economy and hence it emerged as economic tycoon. Japan decided in time not to indulge in the war politics.
Similarly China copies the same model and despite having the best war weapons they decided not to indulge in the war business but to do business and protect itself with its best diplomatic policies.
The emergence of China as second best economy of the world, its impressive development in the sector of IT and its appearance as one of the influential world force is not being digested by the West.
The world is witnessing a Cold War and exchange of unpleasant words developing more distrust between USA & China. It could incite further bad taste between the two countries and its trickling effects are indirectly affecting the entire world.
North Korea has come with nuclear capability and its behavior is unique as its playing hide and seek with USA. It is another pressing point of irritation for USA. We are watching a game of mild displeasures more often and it looks as of the North Korean young leader Kim Jong Un is trying to tease Donald Trump.
This Mid- East South Asian Spring facilitated against Muslim world will be conspired & facilitated by PM Modi his RSS coupled with ISIS. The alliance is in making especially the recent statement of PM Modi on 22nd Sept from Huston USA to show his resolve to fight with Islamic terrorists and what about his RSS -The world will continue to face the war and game of domination either through conventional or hybrid wars or even destabilisation through dirty tricks destabilising key quotients by the hostile countries.

The world is witnessing a complete change of strategies and the political dirty tricks are being deployed to destabilise the regions and countries.
There are three factors which normally are injected by the covert designers of the world to destabilise the countries and the regions to create internal destabilising factors within the countries. The world has witnessed that the designers have used the local population using religion, poverty and internal serious conflicts as the book by former CIA officer Philips Agee is witness to it. Philips Agee worked for the CIA as case officer from 1957 to 1969 until he resigned in 1969. In 1975 he published a book namely Inside the Company: CIA Diary about covert and dirty operations of CIA. He disclosed the identities of his former CIA operatives and also disclosed how countries are destabilised by USA’s policy of supporting military dictatorships. The regimes supported by the CIA have no value for human lives but immense torture, executions and death squads". The book stunned the world as he accused the US intelligence agency of "state terrorism", authorised by the White House in the book.
The world is becoming more dangerous as the race of the supremacy & overpowerment and possession of natural resources are the factors which are being used by the international designers. With the passage of time the awareness in the new generation forced the end of colonial system. These colonies marched towards independence, which led to the post-independence struggle between democracy and the communism.
This conflict of democracy & communism brought an unannounced covert war which ultimately resulted in actualising the revolutions of Iran, elimination of Shaheed Zulfiqar Ali Bhutto and Afghan monarchy as the west thought that this leadership have their tilt towards USSR so they ultimately made Jihadis to serve in their hands.
After the disintegration of the USSR, the focus shifted from communism to anti-Islam and that is why the Islamic Terrorism was introduced in the world. The religion card was initiated, financed and supported by the west which is still continuing and all the sub Muslim regions are suffering in the hands of the religious extremists.
The world continued to fight in Afghanistan with the divided self-motivated interests. It was a senseless war which is still continuing in Afghanistan at the cost of the suffering of Pakistan and Afghanistan.
Any miss-venture in the Middle East will make Middle East, Turkey, Syria and Pakistan one battle Zone which looks like an early form of Mid-East – South Asian Spring; a replication of Arab Spring.
The countries, sub regions and regions are already infected with war virus and if not treated well by the political doctors of these regions, the future generations might not excuse the irresponsibility of the present political doctors for not discharging their national and Islamic duties.
Is it not worth considering as to why this non-stop trouble comes up every time through Jihadist, Taliban or al-Qaeda? Now it’s from the new players like Daesh/ ISIS whereas Houthis are emerging as an offshoot of the al-Qaeda. Middle East countries, Iran, Turkey, Kurdistan are getting into deeper trouble as one has to see who is stopping them not to resist such blatant and naked moves against them from west.
Regions/sub region’s issues are created as a part of conspiracies and the duty of the leadership is to counter them with strategic unity of the region in the larger interest of the regions/ sub regions as indicated above. I am hopeful that the sense will prevail and these countries will manage to sit on a table to point out their common objective and act with unity, without fear of technology or fear of loss of power. I unfortunately foresee more troubles in coming months if such moves within this region are not halted by those who have the ability to perform. If the Muslim leadership does not get up and work out counter measure then the storm of Mid- East/South Asia spring would bring more destruction.
I appeal to the present top leadership to watch, assess and act to stop this monster which has the ability to do bring further destruction.

Arab Spring war virus vs world - part-1 by Senator A. Rehman Malik

The tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia is increasing day by day which has been further fueled with attack on fuel reserves and the allegations leveled by Secretary State on Iran which are actually pushing both the countries into war.
I have stated on record that let Saudi and Iran not replicate the Iran-Kuwait War model as it would be destructive for both the countries. I feel that Saudi crown prince has given very calculative and wise statements saying that Saudi Arabia does not want war with any neighbor.
Being aware of some inner war capabilities of these countries I feel that in case of war, Israel will automatically be dragged in the war as Iran would hit all the close allies of USA and it could lead to Third World War. Unfortunately, the sufferings and miseries of war will again be faced by the Muslim countries and Israel cannot erect any wall to block the bombs pouring in Israel. I hope the world learns lesson from the conspiracy of self-engineered Pearl Harbor attack so that this region can avoid such engineered mode of wars.
Let us take a glance at the before and after developments of World War 2 to see where we were then and where are we driven now.
The world has been experiencing various geographic and political transformations as 2 World Wars and an uncountable number of proxy wars have been fought among the countries till today.
Wars are fought because very country wants dominance over other countries that are comparatively weak. The major reasons of war include political balances of power, religious or cultural reasons, land or resources or mainly over the arms conflict. The political leaders that go for war never realize that wars bring destruction and miseries for the nations as their infra structure is destroyed, numerous deaths and economy is paralyzed.
In World War I, Germany had lost their two important coal mines namely Alsace and Lorraine and their two ports (Danzig and Memel) as well because of which new countries were carved out like Poland, Czechoslovakia etc. Moreover, they had to pay war reparations of 6600 million pounds in a single installment. When Hitler came to power he disliked the treaty and invaded Poland which triggered the World War II in 1939 and I hope the drone attack on the oil fields in Saudi Arabia or recent irresponsible acts of India may not become sensitive triggers of World War III.
Italy also under Mussolini extended support to Hitler because they felt they were not treated properly in the Paris peace conference after World War 1.The basic factors of igniting wars are the same In the world as two countries in war can suck other countries into such fiasco without realizing its fall backs.
We witnessed the fall of Hitler in the hands of west in World War 2 which changed the face of the world. It forced the nations to start designing strategies in addition to conventional war. The new strategies are now being transformed into hybrid war concepts.
The hybrid war strategy is a blend of conventional warfare, irregular warfare as well as cyber-war fare which include different methods to gain political interests either through diplomacy, law fare, fake news, foreign electoral interventions, propaganda or terrorist acts and destruction of economies etc.

Japan was the first one to have realized this fact and by acting smart, it adopted the best strategy by saying no to war rather focusing on to improve the economy and hence it emerged as economic tycoon.

The alliance is in making especially the recent statement of PM Modi on 22nd September from Houston USA to show his resolve to fight with Islamic terrorists is a witness to it. The irony is that the person who belongs to the known terrorist organization; RSS has the audacity to talk about fighting Islamic terrorists.
