The tension between Iran and Saudi Arabia is increasing day by day which has been further fueled with attack on fuel reserves and the allegations leveled by Secretary State on Iran which are actually pushing both the countries into war.

I have stated on record that let Saudi and Iran not replicate the Iran-Kuwait War model as it would be destructive for both the countries. I feel that Saudi crown prince has given very calculative and wise statements saying that Saudi Arabia does not want war with any neighbor.

Being aware of some inner war capabilities of these countries I feel that in case of war, Israel will automatically be dragged in the war as Iran would hit all the close allies of USA and it could lead to Third World War. Unfortunately, the sufferings and miseries of war will again be faced by the Muslim countries and Israel cannot erect any wall to block the bombs pouring in Israel. I hope the world learns lesson from the conspiracy of self-engineered Pearl Harbor attack so that this region can avoid such engineered mode of wars.

Let us take a glance at the before and after developments of World War 2 to see where we were then and where are we driven now.

The world has been experiencing various geographic and political transformations as 2 World Wars and an uncountable number of proxy wars have been fought among the countries till today.

Wars are fought because very country wants dominance over other countries that are comparatively weak. The major reasons of war include political balances of power, religious or cultural reasons, land or resources or mainly over the arms conflict. The political leaders that go for war never realize that wars bring destruction and miseries for the nations as their infra structure is destroyed, numerous deaths and economy is paralyzed.

In World War I, Germany had lost their two important coal mines namely Alsace and Lorraine and their two ports (Danzig and Memel) as well because of which new countries were carved out like Poland, Czechoslovakia etc. Moreover, they had to pay war reparations of 6600 million pounds in a single installment. When Hitler came to power he disliked the treaty and invaded Poland which triggered the World War II in 1939 and I hope the drone attack on the oil fields in Saudi Arabia or recent irresponsible acts of India may not become sensitive triggers of World War III.

Italy also under Mussolini extended support to Hitler because they felt they were not treated properly in the Paris peace conference after World War 1.The basic factors of igniting wars are the same In the world as two countries in war can suck other countries into such fiasco without realizing its fall backs.

We witnessed the fall of Hitler in the hands of west in World War 2 which changed the face of the world. It forced the nations to start designing strategies in addition to conventional war. The new strategies are now being transformed into hybrid war concepts.

The hybrid war strategy is a blend of conventional warfare, irregular warfare as well as cyber-war fare which include different methods to gain political interests either through diplomacy, law fare, fake news, foreign electoral interventions, propaganda or terrorist acts and destruction of economies etc.

Japan was the first one to have realized this fact and by acting smart, it adopted the best strategy by saying no to war rather focusing on to improve the economy and hence it emerged as economic tycoon. Japan decided in time not to indulge in the war politics.

Similarly China copies the same model and despite having the best war weapons they decided not to indulge in the war business but to do business and protect itself with its best diplomatic policies. The emergence of China as second best economy of the world, its impressive development in the sector of IT and its appearance as one of the influential world force is not being digested by the West.

The world is witnessing a Cold War and exchange of unpleasant words developing more distrust between USA& China. It could incite further bad taste between the two countries and its trickling effects are indirectly effecting the entire world.

North Korea has come with nuclear capability and its behavior is unique as its playing hide and seek with USA. It is another pressing point of irritation for USA. We are watching a game of mild displeasure more often and it looks as of the North Korean young leader Kim Jong Un is trying to tease Donald Trump.

This Mid- East South Asian Spring facilitated against Muslim world will be conspired & facilitated by PM Modi, his RSS coupled with ISIS.

The alliance is in making especially the recent statement of PM Modi on 22nd September from Houston USA to show his resolve to fight with Islamic terrorists is a witness to it. The irony is that the person who belongs to the known terrorist organization; RSS has the audacity to talk about fighting Islamic terrorists.

India could not justify world concerns over abuses in IOK: Senator A. Rehman Malik

In a strong reaction to the Indian allegations against Pakistan in United Nations General Assembly, Chairman Senate’s Committee on Interior Senator Rehman Malik said that as usual India tried to divert the world’s attention towards the typical issues been crafted and associated with Pakistan to avert the world’s attention from the sieged Kashmir.

He said that ironically the Indian representative read out the anti-Pakistan narrative been crafted to put Pakistan on the grey list of FATF.

Rehman Malik said that India could not justify the world concerns over the brutalities of Indian forces against oppressed Kashmiris who are struggling for their legitimate right of self-determination duly passed by UNSC.

Senator Rehman Malik said that Indian forces are committing unprecedented brutalities in terms of mass murdering, mass blinding through pelleting, rapes, tortures, enforced disappearances, political repression and suppression of freedom of speech and the complete lockdown of the valley through imposition of cruel curfew since August 5, 2019.

Responding to the allegations leveled by India in UNGA, he said that Indian allegations against Pakistan are mere pack of lies only to divert attentions from Kashmir issue.

He said that before counting alleged terrorists in Pakistan the Indian representative should have named Prime Minister Narendra Modi who is listed in the top ten terrorists of the world and whose entry to USA was banned for long for his terrorist activities against minority Muslim population in Gujrat. He said that India must realise that Indian Prime Minister Modi is a known terrorist and life time member of terrorist Organisation RSS.

He said that rather Pakistan, India is a hub of terrorists and has been sending its terrorist to Pakistan which is evident from the arrest of Kulbhushan Yadav who is still in the custody of Pakistan. “Where in India has registered terrorist Organisation with its Headquarter at Nagpur,” he said.

He said the bank mentioned by the Indian representative was in New York and it was functioning under the regulations of America. He questioned will India explain the details as to how Prime Minister Modi was funded through the laundered money in the elections.

He said the mentioning of FATF sanctions on Pakistan is really on hearsay allegations and it was conspired by India through blame game whereas no irregularities has been proven against Pakistan so far.

He said that Pakistan has never threatened nuclear war but it is a fact that two states are at logger head in Kashmir and any small incident can lead to erupt a bigger war, adding India has always escalated the tension between two countries which can lead to a big mishap. He said that nuclear war will affect the whole region and its heat will be felt across the world.

Senator Rehman Malik said that India is twisting the statement of Prime Minister Imran Khan about Jihadis while as a matter of fact Jihadis were brought by USA to fight against USSR during Afghan War. “Al-Qaeda did not exist at that time of war while is a byproduct of Taliban,” he said.

He said that the funding and support to the Jihadis continued from west and after the 9/11, US termed them as terrorists. He said that neither Pakistan in past nor in present has any linkage with the terrorist organisations.

Senator Rehman Malik questioned the India that who sent the shoe bomber in USA, definitely India supported shoe bomber who was set to have terrorist attack in USA.

PM’s speech at UNGA – Kashmir still bleeding by Senator Rehman Malik

Prime Minister Imran Khan just delivered a much awaited speech at the United Nations General Assembly on 27th Sept as the highlight of that 45-minutes long address was Kashmir. Although he took a good start and displayed confident face of Pakistan in his speech but I feel that he could have done better had he not consumed time on other issues.

Since he was supposed to be there as the Ambassador of Kashmir to advocate the oppression and sufferings of Kashmiris, Kashmiris deserved more time of his speech and not a lecture on other things.

It was unfortunate to note that even at UNGA, the PM did not fail to ridicule the negativities of his own country by using uptime to talk about offshore accounts in Pakistan. He should have realized that this was clearly not necessary and not at all in the national interest as these things create bad image of the country. It goes without saying that our internal issues should have not been mentioned there.

I hope someone from his staff had advised the PM that there is set legal procedure to get the looted: plundered money back through bilateral agreements and International money laundering which deals in such cases.

It is unfortunate that most of those who have taken the plundered money abroad are either from his own party or  from other parties  and they are the ones who are the financers of many politicians sitting in the Parliament  even today and they are still doing it. The PM must know that it is not the obligation of UN to take action against the accused but the Government on its own. I wish maximum part of the speech was dedicated to speak on Kashmiris instead climate change, money laundering and tree plantation which should left for some other time.

I would like to point out that the political activities are also sponsored by the same money launders with huge findings.

However I will write a complete article on this issue with graphic details on the planning, engineering, funding including transport, foods, chairs and daily payments to the participants of these sponsored political activities.

We all need to first put our own house in order before exposing the uncontrolled National blunders before the world which means humiliation worldwide.We need to take counter measures to demonstrate our better face as the world looks fully convinced now about Pakistani being corrupt and money launderers.

Hence now onward every green passport landing at International airports will be a bigger suspect of being looter and money launderer. I wish the local politics and crime statistics were not taken to the UN Hall where we are already facing FATF. We are suffering on false charges of money laundering hence the government needs extra steps to eliminate this bad impression.

I feel that the Prime Minister would have done much better by demonstrating the true feeling of Kashmiris with graphic details of their sufferings with more specific brutalities by Indian troops. The fellow Pakistani and Overseas Pakistanis were looking forward to see Prime Minister speaking with more substance by consuming more time.

People have a questions in their minds as to why the time reserved for Kashmir was given to highlight one Billion trees in KPK and other non-issues as this day was the day of oppressed Kashmiris?

There was no need to inform the world that Pakistan in the past trained militants which were subsequently launched to lead in a war against USSR. PM exposed Modi well based on his historic record of extremism and only mentioned RSS without elaborating the terrorists’ activities performed by them and how Modi was given title of butcher of Gujrat.

We will have to evade the impression of being mercenaries as per the statement of PM that we picked up our guns against Russians upon being hired by USA. On one side we are pleading that the Pakistanis are corrupt & money launders while on the other hand he spoke on high moral grounds to support Kashmir without realizing the fact that the confession of Money laundering by the Prime Minister of a country is a confession of serious international crime. It was not needed to be mentioned on such high-level forum.

This was the forum to highlight what we are facing from neighborhood, which has blocked our water in violation of Indus Agreement and the immediate war threats from India including daily violation of LOC.

I am not criticizing the PM but I feel that his staff and MOFA (Ministry of Foreign Affairs) had not briefed properly with substantive material to him about the growing Kashmir crisis .In fact I had handed over a full folder with evidence and further course of action to MOFA in the Senate standing committees on Kashmir & MOFA.

I believe that we would have presented our case with more substantive way and with our genuine demands for Kashmiris. I am sure Should be happy as apart from speech UNGA has neither given any time line for self-determination nor order to constitute any high power Commission to investigate the brutalities committed by Army Troops. We even failed to have the matter of non-implementation of Self-determination under UN Resolution.

Senator A. Rehman Malik's Open Letter to PM Imran Khan on Kashmir

In view of the recent developments in New York wherein the international community almost ignored the Kashmir Issue and despite all efforts Pakistan could not file a request to table a resolution in United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) on Kashmir. Similarly Pakistan has not yet moved any resolution to UN for time line for plebiscite.

Now having lost chance to go to UNHRC because of the lacking of required 16 votes despite the fact that we failed to win support of 15 members of Organization of Islamic Cooperation (OIC) who are the permanent members of the IHRC. It seems that effective diplomatic home work was not strategized to formulate the multiple diplomatic options to pursue the Kashmir issue in United Nations prior to the visit of Prime Minister Imran Khan to the USA for attending the 74th Session of the United Nations General Assembly (UNGA).

Pakistan not only lost the chance to table Kashmir issue in UNGA but also failed to convince UNO to implement its own passed resolutions on Kashmir for self-determination or to even announce any deadline for plebiscite.

Pakistan should have convinced the member states to manage the required number of votes for tabling the Resolution in UNHRC and the United Nations to refer the matter to ICJ against Indian government for the crimes against humanity being committed by Indian Army troops under direct command of Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

It is unfortunate to note that the time when Pakistan is supposed to exercise all options available to ensure that the HRC takes meaningful actions on the ground situation in Kashmir, we just failed to submit a draft resolution over Kashmir issue at the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC) before the scheduled deadline which was due on Sept 19th. In order to bewail our incompetency, I have written an open letter to the Prime Minister Imran Khan asking him to deal with the situation tactfully as only the frenzy emotions or aggressive postures are not going to help here. The human butcher namely Modi needs to be dragged directly into the International Criminal Court under Rome Statute where war criminals like him are tried without impunity.

I feel that as a last resort, this option is still left with Pakistan to drag PM Modi in International Criminal Court under Rome Convention and in this regard I have written this open letter to Prime Minister Imran Khan with the Request to avail the third and the only option left with Pakistan, which is reproduced here for the information of a common man.

Dear Prime Minister Imran Khan,I would like to point out that it is widely known that country is passing through the testing times after the 5th August, 20019 when Indian Government illegally and contrary to International Laws and UN resolutions revoked Article 370 and 35A setting aside the United Nations Security Councils resolutions and simultaneously curfew was imposed in Indian Occupied Kashmir which is continued till the date and it is the 54th of caging the oppressed Kashmiri and the voice of Kashmiri is still unheard as rightly started by the PM Imran Khan in one of his pressers.
The special status of Kashmir has already been scraped by India which has empowered India to make demographic changes through ethnic cleansing.
There is no doubt that the conspiracy engineered by India through blame game ultimately resulted in placement of Pakistan in FATF’s grey list that is one of the component of hybrid war being backed by India. The placement of Pakistan in FATF grey list has affected the inflow of foreign Investment in Pakistan and the International Financial Institutions like International Monitory Fund (IMF), World Bank, Asian Bank etc. have made the terms and conditions more complicated to avoid Loans to Pakistan.
Without going into the blame game, I would like to state that over the last few decades Pakistan has been pushed into isolation by well-planned Indian lobbying at diplomatic front. That is why Pakistan could not secure even 16 votes by member states to file a request for a resolution on Kashmiris at the United Nations Human Rights Counsel Geneva. Evidently we missed the opportunity to drag India and expose the brutalities of Prime Minister Narendra Modi in Kashmir through IHRC.
Mr. Prime Minister! You have expressed in one of your pressers at New York that “To be absolutely frank, I am a bit disappointed by the international community. There is no pressure on Narendra Modi to lift the siege”.
This statement of yours is enough to prove the intentional silence of International Community over the sufferings of oppressed Kashmiris in Indian Occupied Kashmir.
Mr. Prime Minster, Your speech today in United Nations without having a resolution either for the demand for a specific date of plebiscite or to table the resolution in UNHRC will not yield any specific relief for Kashmiris. I propose you to please appeal to the entire International community to force PM Modi to give commitment here to lift the curfew within 48 hours now that the second chance to bring India in ICJ has been lost and Modi managed his way out as a Chief of RSS.
Now I would like to invite your attention to the only option left for Pakistan and Kashmir to move the matter to the International Criminal Court under the Rome Statute where in the oppressed Kashmiri victims through the representatives in Azad Kashmir and other parts of the world would come forward to file this petition in ICC to drag PM Modi as War criminal and you have very rightly stated that PM Modi is a war criminal. I have already advocated my point of view in Senate Standing Committee for foreign Affairs in the presence of our Foreign Minister and meeting with Foreign Secretary Foreign Affairs.
I had even handed over the procedure of filing petition to him in the presence of prominent Kashmiri leaders. The procedure for referring the case to the ICC under Rome statute is as under:- “Preliminary examinations Any individual, group or State can send information to the OTP regarding alleged crimes falling under the jurisdiction of the Court. To date, the OTP has received more that 12,000 of such communications, which can form the initial basis of the Office’s preliminary examinations.
The OTP conducts a preliminary examination to decide whether there is a reasonable basis to initiate an investigation”. (Extracted from the “Office of the Prosecutor” ICC)
In view of above, I as Former Interior Minister and as a responsible citizen of Pakistan recommend your good office to immediately direct the Law Ministry to make the necessary legal formalities and move the matter in support of a petition from Kashmiris to International Criminal Court immediately.
 Mr. Prime Minister we have lost already two opportunities for his unprecedented brutalities against the Innocent Kashmiris in terms of mass murders, mass blinding, enforced disappearances, torture, rape, political repression and suppression of freedom of speech and long sieged of the whole valley making it the world largest cage since August 5, 2019. We need to drag PM Modi as war criminal and for that I am at the disposal of the Law Ministry, MOFA and Kashmir Committee to assist in getting the petition materialized in shortest possible time. The charge sheet is already available in the form of International Human rights report 2018 on IHK.
I am writing this letter purely in the national interest and to pullout the Kashmiri Brothers and Sisters from the cage in Kashmir where PM Modi is doing ethnic cleansing and demographic changes without any fear through Indian Army and inhabiting the terrorists of RSS and fanatics of Hindutva. Let’s bring Prime Minster Narendra Modi to justice before he changes the demography of Kashmir through RSS, RAW and Indian Army.
I offer my assistance to the Law ministry in the task of completing the formalities and provide the requisite substantive evidence against PM Modi.
I hope and wish that the international community answers your call positively in favor of oppressed Kashmiri women and children under curfew suffering without medical care & food.

Indian state sponsored hackers by Senator A. Rehman Malik

Lately I had tweeted about Indian hackers who are breaking into cyber-data of various institutions and ministries of Middle Eastern countries. They charge heavily from the states sponsoring these cyber breaches and blackmail dignitaries. Indian notorious hackers are on the payroll of Indian Government officials and get their companies registered in USA whereas their Headquarters are located in India. India first lured in the world through the “Call Centers” concept and started providing the accounts services data, medical data, airline passenger data, flight booking airline data and other various services of organizations and institutions worldwide.

USA has distinguished cyber connections in India. The use of the technology is being manipulated by the masses to drive own results and to hinder the technology advancement of other countries or users. It is often said that the cyberspaces are always prone to the hacker’s attacks. New technologies are rapidly integrated into standard diplomatic and military doctrines. The opposing states seek the opportunity to use cyberspace as a tool for harassment and defecting the adversary’s technologies modulating the data losses. Thus, it is neutralizing the technical advancement without even getting detected at earlier stage. Cyber harassment consists mainly of website defacements, variation in results, data spying and jamming the major work functions at sensitive institutions etc. It usually occurs on the occasions of high diplomatic and military value events. Cyber-attacks are typically low intensity, unsophisticated and cause little damage but extremely lethal in the shape of loss of desired data and accumulated results.

Indian hackers are known for their repeated evil intrusion in cyberspace throughout the world. The indigenous technology has been utilized by the Indian hackers to create problems for the world markets. Pakistan has always been a favourite target for the Indian hackers.

Result Transmission System (RTS) was launched by Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) in collaboration with UNDP and the quality and functionality of RTS was certified by Kaulitatem Inc., duly registered in USA, having its office in Lahore, Pakistan. The company also issued Certificate of Security (Although not signed by anyone from Kaulitatem Inc.) claimed to have been tested by EC-Council, another company based in USA with one of the offices in Hyderabad, India.

Mr. Jay Bavisi is the CEO of EC-Council Group and Chairman of the Board. He is a Law Graduate from University of Wales, College of Cardiff, LLB (Hons), Barrister-at-law from Middle Temple, London.

Another important member of the EC-Council is Mr. Raj Kumar Viswakarma who is Director of Technology. He looks after all the security programmes and certifications that EC-Council launches in the market.

This is one example where India ingress into the system of Election Commission of Pakistan through UNDP and fully collected data and recorded and retrieved the data through the system placed in the Call Centers. There have also been reports of leaking of data of passengers and patients through these Call Centers. I can say with authority that India is involved in Cyber Crimes and hacking into other countries which are attack on their sovereignty. I will produce some hard evidence of Cyber Terrorism and intrusion into sensitive state organizations by India through well organized “Cyber Hacking” breaching the security of the other countries. There are some details how India has indulged into breaking the “International Cyber boards” with the fleet of their super stars hackers operating under RAW. There are authentic reports that Indian terrorist organization - RSS also hacks the account of opponents and uses the information for the purpose to join BJP / RSS. There are reports that RSS took over the electronic election system and ensured the winning of BJP candidates. It does not stop here but India has also lent one Satellite to USA for spying against Pakistan under the cover use of weather forecasting.

Indian hackers manipulate the Election Commission of Pakistan websites defacing them leading to the unrealistic results during last 2-3 General Elections held in Pakistan. During the General Elections 2013, the ECP website was attacked by an Indian hacker NIGh7 F0X who defaced the home page of ECP website and its availability was denied to the users. In year 2014, an Indian hacker group known as the ‘Indian Hackers Online Squad’ replaced the homepage of Pakistan People’s Party official website with a message to the Party Chairman Mr. Bilawal Bhutto Zardari. The group added its message against the comments of PPP Chairman about the Indian atrocities in Indian Occupied Kashmir. The content appeared on the screen was “To Citizens of Pakistan, Pakistan’s Army, Pakistan People’s Party and Specially Mr. Bilawal Bhutto. Without any Violence Let Me tell you that Pakistan will never get Kashmir. This is the Truth. You Have to Accept it.”

During the past year i.e. 2018, The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) also foiled 12,000 hacking attacks on the Internet Voting Website which was designed to facilitate the overseas Pakistanis to exercise their voting right. The Election Commission of Pakistan (ECP) had made Result Transmission System (RTS) and Result Management System (RMS) functional during the tenure of Pakistan Muslim League (N) Government for quick transmission of results from the polling stations to the District and Central Results System. However, a series of 12,000 Cyber-Attacks were reported by unknown Cyber-Attackers. Earlier it was revealed by the government that the website was hacked but later on the government sources declared that the link of the website was down and it was not hacked.

Soon after the Pulwama attack in Indian Occupied Kashmir, Pakistan faced its worst cyber-attack in the history. As an expression of protest an Indian group named ‘Team I Crew’ hacked about 200 Pakistani websites. The statistics shared in the article are quite enough to determine the Indian hacker’s subjugation in the Cyber space. More often they are found fiddling with the systems of other states and their activities remained unnoticed. It was quite interesting for me to look into the matter as to why the Indian hackers are not being penalized for their evil use of technologies. The facts revealed were enough to understand the reason. Sample cases are discussed hereunder to educate my readers about the reasons that why the Cyber Crimes originated from India are not being noticed by the leading Organizations and Institutions in the field of Cyber Technology.

Assuming the position of the Chief Executive Officer at Google, on October 2, 2015, Sundar Pichai is an Indian-American Business executive. He is an engineer by qualification and worked as the Product Chief of Google prior to his appointment as CEO.

Sandhya Devanthan an Indian Banking professional has spent 16 years of her career in the banking sector. In year 2016 she joined Facebook. She worked for Facebook’s e-commerce, travel and Financial Services Arm. After almost eight months carrier with Face book she has been promoted as the Country Director with additional responsibility for Facebook’s e-commerce, travel and financial services division across Southeast Asia.

On the other hand it is worth mentioning that on 6th September the New York State Attorney General Letitia James announced to launch a joint investigation into possible antitrust violations by Facebook as well as Google. it is serious charge according to USA law.

Indian hackers attacked more than 16 Pakistani websites soon after the Pulwama attack, they also tried to hack the website of Ministry of Foreign Affairs but Pakistani concerned authorities managed to counter them.

In recent past Facebook has again encountered a data leak which online revealed the users phone numbers associated with their accounts. The figures shows that 133 million records are of US-based Facebook users, 18 million from the UK, and over 50 million were from Vietnam. The security-less server contained not only phone numbers of users but also Facebook ID (which is unique to every member), user’s name, gender and location is available country wise. Facebook is already facing a separate investigation by the Federal Trade Commission over antitrust concerns, the company confirmed in its quarterly report in July. That announcement came on the same day that the FTC announced its $5 billion settlement with Facebook over its privacy policies.

However, the repeated attempts by the Indian Hackers on Pakistan’s websites reflect that, the Cyber space breeches deemed to be Indian State sponsored. The authorities at the concerning Organizations and institutions both at national and International level must take notice of the breach of Cyber Security protocol and privacy by the Indian Hackers. This is quite clear that Indian state is sponsoring cyber terrorism against Pakistan.
