Modi a war criminal under Rome convention by Senator A. Rehman Malik

Modi is the only a world leader who rose from the title of being a wanted criminal to darling PM of the West.

I had my first encounter when I went to India on my official visit and I faced RSS & RAW influenced journalist who demanded that I should have travelled with an apology on the killing of a Captain of Indian Army. I had given a befitting response which was not liked by then CM Narendra Modi who addressed- me as Viceroy of India.

This semi joker CM drew my attention with that and he came under my Radar after which my interest unveiled the real Modi. Over the passage of time, I have been giving a number of predictions regarding ill motives of PM Narendra Modi, his party and RSS against Muslims of India and Kashmir.

It was the same time when the people of India declared him as butcher of Gujrat. He started coming into the limelight when he was nominated as a candidate of PM’s position by BJP. His political rise stands dedicated to RSS as a trained extremist of RSS.

He learnt there the off twisting arm and blackmailing techniques. I have written details of his rise with militant backgrounds in my book Modi’s War doctrine. His extremists mindset has led him to commit inhuman acts and he has emerged as chief of extremism. I am going to add below the details of the charge sheet legally fit for his trial as war criminal presented by me.

I had earlier served a charge sheet to PM Modi via Indian High Commission for his brutalities which Indian forces are committing. I sent its copy to UNO with the request to take up the notice of human rights violations in Kashmir and asked them to refer the case to International Criminal Court (ICC) but so far no action has been taken.

I had mentioned about all the atrocities committed by Modi and Indian army against innocent Kashmiris. In my charge sheet, I had directly called Mr. Narendra Modi out for his every single misdeed as follows to be treated as final charge sheet with additional material.• All the mass murders, mass blinding, enforced disappearances, torture, rapes, political repression and suppression of freedom of speech of Kashmiris committed by PM Modi• Violation of all the global treaties by not allowing the human rights bodies to access Kashmir to cover the gross violation of Human Rights.• Modi is an internationally declared terrorist as he was publically appeared in ‘Top Ten Criminals’ and for that very reason he remained banned from travelling to the United States of America under the International Religious Freedom Act (IRFA) provision of US Immigration and Nationality Act (INA) for a decade for his role in killing hundreds of Muslims in Gujrat.• He is an active member of RSS (a Terrorist organization), which has been involved in the massacre of Muslims since its inception. Alone, since January 1989 till 31st January 2018, 94,644 innocent Kashmiris have been killed, 7, 099 were killed in custody, 11,042 women were gang-raped and 7, 485 were injured by pellets. Major above sufferings are during the premiership of Modi. • Section 370 & Section 35 A has been scraped with the ill motives to get RSS trained families in Kashmir by allotting lands and houses to them in Kashmir so that the Muslims living there can be reduced as a minority, which is the utter violation of their rights.• ‘RSS’ is an anti-Muslim organization whose only intention is to kill Muslims until India is left with only Hindus residing in it. It’s the same organization that killed Mahatma Gandhi as it was against the creation of a separate homeland for Muslims.• PM Narendra Modi and RSS have been involved in all incidents of mass murders of Muslims i.e. Massacre of Muslims in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, the demolishing of Babri Masjid, incidents of Malagaon and Samjhota Express and now the same is being replicated in Kashmir.• PM Modi increased the number of troops in Kashmir to the level of above 700,000 to ruin the peace of innocent Kashmiris who are struggling for their rights as per the resolution of UNSC dated April 21, 1948.• Even the international community has termed the use of pellet guns against innocent Kashmiris by Indian Army as first mass blinding in human history yet Narendra Modi feels no remorse for ordering it.• Narendra Modi and RSS are unleashing their actual motive of ethnic cleansing of Muslim majority in Kashmir; by mass murdering Muslims and violating all human rights having no respect for human dignity and honor. According to Akhand Hindustan Morcha (an extremist organization), there will be no Muslim / Christian/ Sikh left in India by 2035 and PM Modi has undertaken this task with full support to this move from extremists.• The High Commissioner for Human Rights United Nations to constitute a high powered Commission to frame this charge sheet on the violation by PM Modi and Prosecute Modi under war crime of Rome convention• PM Modi is a terrorist financier as he authorized Kulbhushan Yadav to spy on us and undertake terrorist activities in Pakistan.

Modi’s crimes and evidence fulfil the criteria of being called a criminal of war under Rome convention. The Rome Statute is an agreement which offered ground for the establishment of the International Criminal (ICC). The Roma Statute was approved in Rome, Italy on July 1, 1998 and it came into effect from July 2002. The Court was established to investigate, prosecute and try individuals accused of committing the most serious crimes of genocide, crimes against humanity and war crimes etc.

Under the Rome Statute, every accused is guaranteed the highest standards of fair trial until proven guilty. Also a person cannot be tried again for a crime for which he or she has already been convicted. The Court can also exclude the accused from criminal responsibility if that person is suffering from a mental disease or was in a state of unwanted intoxication at the time he committed the very crime.

After a fair trial if the accused if proven to have committed the crime in all consciousness while committing it, he or she can be sentenced to life imprisonment. The Court plans to have pre-trial detention facilities in The Hague. The enforcement of a sentence of imprisonment in the host State is subject to the supervision of the Court. The execution of the sentence is carried out in accordance with international standards governing treatment and rights of prisoners.

The overwhelming evidence of brutalities on people of Kashmir is itself a testimony of his war crimes. Today all the facts I mentioned and all the predictions I had made in my book and the articles regarding this PM Modi and time has proven it to be true.

In my book “Modi’s War Doctrine” I had also predicted before Indian elections that Modi will go some extra miles to garner votes and support from his people by inciting hate against Pakistan as well as the Muslims and the world saw how he did he achieved his election victory through self-generated act of Pulwama.

Once again I call upon the government to follow the following course of action to get 370 and 35A blocked by launching the following action before the international competent authorities:1. Violation of UN charter of its own resolution. I understand that the government has decided to move but it must create lobby friendly countries to create strong voices to back the point view of Pakistan & Kashmiris in the UNO session.2. Move the matter under Vienna convention / Geneva Convention - Gross violation of Human Rights as per its own findings and insist for legal action beyond media condemnation.3. Rome convention - PM Modi can be tried under war criminals act as per my above charge sheet as it legally fit charge to drag PM Modi under Rome convention as explained above. There is an ample amount of irrefutable evidence against the butcher of Gujrat, PM Modi.

My charge sheet has already been published in local and international media including my book “Modi‘s War Doctrine. Modi has never denied these charges publicly and I will fully assist the government in this process as I possess the whole lot of evidence against him.

Kashmir bleeds 

I had penned with evidences in my book “Modi’s War Doctrine” that PM Narendra Modi will become even more aggressive and lethal for Kashmiris if he comes into power for the second time. My assessment and apprehensions were based on Indian past conduct and Modi’s War hysteria. It looks that India will replicate the Israeli model of “ethnic cleansing” in Kashmir. He has already made his arrangements for ethnic cleansing through “local village doctrine “under which local Hindus shall be used against Kashmiris and more troops shall be deployed in Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK).  

Now even the tourists are forced to leave Kashmir and Muslims are harassed by extremis Hindus across the India. The recent use of cluster ammunition against civilian populace across Line of Control (LoC) is a serious indicator that how far India can go to implement “Modi’s War Doctrine”. We must now be very clear that India has decided to come heavy on innocent Kashmiris and Kashmiris need Pakistan and International support to halt the Indian policy of mass killing of Kashmiris. India has already placed all its military and intelligence tools to change the status of Kashmir and to convert the majority of Kashmiris to minority which is an alarming and dangerous alert for the peace in South Asia.

India will use 5 prone policy to fulfill its evil designs-
1. Enforce full aggression in Kashmir using all the resources — ouster of tourists and media personals for total media blackout for operation and to implement new legal status. Indian will try to completely isolate Kashmir from the world. 

2. To increase more pressure across Line of Control (LoC) by intense multiple firing to engage Pakistan at the border and in the meantime to continue ethnic cleansing operations. 

3. There will be lethal media propaganda painting Pakistan’s image negative both by Indian and paid international media. 

4. India will engineer again a Pulwama like incident ( one or more) under Modi’s s  Doctrine to create an excuse for the crack down with fabricated  fake evidences to blame Pakistan and this time India will try to undermine Pakistan before President Donald Trump and that will only possible through some acts of terrorism in Kashmir or India providing opportunity to USA by design to pressurise Pakistan to get the desired results in Afghanistan and to sabotage Peace process of bringing Taliban on the table on the USA terms. 

5. Modi failed to implement his war doctrine against Pakistan before the election and he was exposed well and our counter measures post Pulwama worked unprecedentedly on the right direction. He is wounded snake and he will now try to fulfil his unfinished agenda against Pakistan. Modi came under terrible pressure from International community and internal political parties after self-created Pulwama drama for his election and Sri Lankan attacks by Daesh operators from India. USA has always drawn benefit from Pakistan by increasing the pressure from India on LOC whereas western boarder is already under USA command. Indo - Pak tension suits to USA in the present situation till Afghan issue is resolved and Cold War with China ends.

We were happy with our Prime Minister visit to USA and the whole nation celebrated the President Donald Trump’s disclosure of PM Modi’s offer of mediation on Kashmir but the claim of the offer was frustrated in 50 minutes by India wherein Indian refuted President Trump claim. We cannot ignore the visit of highest Indian Army command to Pentagon within hours after the visit of PM Imran Khan with his high powered delegation last week.

Let us examine the visit of PM Imran Khan to USA and Indian Army visit to UK and the ongoing dialogue of USA with Afghan Taliban and now the aggravated tension on  Indo - Pak boarders is enough to disturb the defence and security analysts of Pakistan. India is up to something and whereas RSS has stated that there will be no other religion in India except Hinduism by 2035 and they openly claim to eliminate Pakistan within the same years (God forbids) but these are the evil wishes of BJP government led by butcher of Gujrat want to become bigger butcher of Kashmir

In view above it is high time for us to urgently engage a powerful block of friendly countries by creating SOS situation and government should not restrict now to flowery statements but needs to move to the International community.

Will the government convene a very high powered security & National defence conference in Pakistan   inviting the world top leadership including the entire leadership of Muslim Ummah to expose Indian designs for Kashmir and Pakistan? Will the government dispatch letters displaying the critical situation rising between Pakistan & India with special envoys from the president to visit all the heads of states exposing as to how India in endangering the peace of South Asia  and its  gross violations of  human rights in India & Indian Occupied Kashmir (IOK). India has started once again pursing its anti Pakistan policies which need to be countered through aggressive defensive and diplomatic policies.

All political parties must be called immediately to discuss Indo - Pak growing tension and come with collective national response.

Poem on Bosnian boy and the helpless Kashmiri girl by Senator A. Rehman Malik

The Martyrs Memorial Cemetery Kovači for victims of the war in Stari Grad.

I recently attended a Commemoration Seminar as chief guest in the memory of Bosnian massacre of Muslims that took place during 1995.

It was a pleasant surprise to see Mr. Amir Ghouri in the event who was also invited to speak on the matter as a senior journalist. The other speakers also spoke one by one about the historic aspects of the happening by remembering July as the month of the Srebrenica massacre, which occurred in 1995, in which more than 7,000 Bosnian Muslims were killed by Bosnian Serb forces in Srebrenica, a town in eastern Bosnia. This was the killing of innocent Muslims who just wanted the right to live in their own home towns which belonged to Bosnian Muslim.

It was very impressive to see Mr. Amir Ghouri starting his speech with a heart moving poem which he wrote when he happened to see a photograph of young Bosnian Muslim boy leaving his native home while waving a last goodbye to his father. The picture captured the emotions of young boy and war affected father who wanted his son to go away and save his life.

This picture was released during the active war days when the Muslim community was besieged just like the community of our innocent Kashmiris in the hands of Indian Army which is even worse than Serbs.

Amir being a poet rightly pointed out that he felt as if the boy in the photo was like his own son who was of the same age. He wrote this poem with full of fatherly emotions imagining as if it was happening to him.

I would like my readers to see the depth of emotions and live suffering of fears of war in this poem. I should say this poem is a visual display of miseries and agonies of this unwarranted war.

Jet black tires strain to in an effort to roll

In an effort to leave the haunted.

Towards safety? Who knows

As metal eagles to dives to deliver death

And tanks trespass into tattered tranquillity

Bullets, bangs, blasts the earth spits blood

Everything shattered, windowpanes, dreams

Perplexing peace proposals and paralysed population

Convoys of hope snake through corpses

Death within and death without

Blizzard of barbarism fails to shake the human conscience

Cause they prefer to sleep in soothing silence

Or discuss devastation over a cup of coffee

In cosy drawing rooms

The agenda changes with clinking laughter

From farm trade to failing economies

From AIDS to life on Jupiter

And in Bosnia

Snow falls to cover, camouflage

Brutalities, butchering, bruised burnt bodies

Humans running from their breed to find a safe haven

Amir Ghouri is known to me back from the days of my exile and SMBB had great respect for him for his qualitative and professional journalism.

It was first time that I came to know through that seminar that there is a great hidden poet in him. He took a daring step to go to Bosnia in the middle of the war which was the native town of the child in the photograph.

While I was listening to his poem I started to think about the countless number of small boys and girls whose fathers are killed mercilessly in front of these innocent souls in held Kashmir by Indian troops. The only thing these poor children can do is to wave at the passing dead bodies of their fathers towards the graves where there is no chance of coming back unlike the Bosnian boy who waved the last to his living father while wishing to see his father again.

The boy in the poem might have come back to his native home see his father but Kashmiris innocent children in many cases cannot even identify the graves of their fathers who are buried in mass graves by Indian Army.

I urge upon Mr Amir Ghouri to write another poem and portray the mass killing / pelleting of children and the expressions of the blind children who are the victims of Indian army in Kashmir.

Once this poem is written I would love to see both of the poems to be hanging on the walls of UNO and every office of human rights.

I expect the government of Bosnia to grant the highest award to our young poet who risked his life for reporting from the warzone as these were the historical moments captured in the form of this poem.

In the end I would like to give a wakeup call to UN and International communities to work together in order to block such brutalities as we need to give message of peace and to ensure that the hopes of children should not die. The innocent children should inspire from the leadership and not get scared from them and their actions. I hope PM Modi will give up his pelting on the innocent Kashmiris and will save them rather than killing them. The children either from Bosnia or Kashmir are in fact the gifts of God and we must protect them.

Majid Nizami - visionary of his time by Senator A. Rehman Malik

Late Majid Nizami

I had a number of interactions with Janab Nizami Sahab and found him to be a man with wisdom and very kindhearted.

My first meeting took place with him when I was passing through the difficult days when I was made OSD under suspension because of investigation into very high profiles cases against the then Prime Minister. I still remember his advice to me; “this too shall pass”, and then I was his regular visitor and had meetings with him in Islamabad.

The time did change and I became Interior Minister and he desired me to be the chief guest in a seminar on the topic of Quaid’s Vision. Indeed it was an honor for me to be with a man with unmatched personality & qualities. Majid Nizami was a chief editor and publisher of Nawa-i-Waqt. The newspaper was founded by Majid’s older brother, Hameed Nizami in 1940, who had later died in 1962 at age 46 in Pakistan. Majid Nizami then stepped in to start managing the Nawa-i-Waqt newspaper in 1962. He was also the chairman of Nazaria-i-Pakistan Trust.

He was an icon and role model in the field of journalism. His brother Hameed Nizami had started Nawa-i-Waqt on the instruction of the Quaid-e-Azam as a fortnightly paper to counter the Hindu press during the Independence Movement. Majid Nizami took charge of Nawa-i-Waqt after his brother’s death in 1962. From a fortnightly, he built it into what it is today.

His legacy is being carried forward by his daughter Rameeza Majid Nizami. There has been no change in the policy of Nawa-i-Waqt group under her. Ideology of Pakistan, support for Kashmiris freedom struggle, strengthening of democracy and nationalism are still the cornerstone of the institution that Majid Nizami had built over the years.

I remember having arrived at the function was in lawn of the said building. This was time when I was able to learn about the many aspects of Quaid-e-Azam’s charismatic personality during the address of Nazami Sahab. The thing I figured out from his address was that Nizami Sahab loved Quaid E Azam.

This was the kind of love each of us Pakistanis should have in our hearts for Quaid-e-Azam as he made Pakistan because he felt the need to as Muslims minority in Sub-continent wasn’t being respected or given their due rights, rather they were being treated as second class citizens in a Hindu-majority India. 

The present “Islamic Republic of Pakistan” is a later addition of the newly independent state founded by Quaid-e-Azam and not something he espoused. Jinnah’s idea of the Two Nation Theory was due to secular concerns that Muslims would be marginalized by Hindus in a united India suppressing Muslims. What Nazami Shaib did was to carry the strong vision of Quaid-e-Azam forward to his nation.

His respect and love for the country and its founder can be judged from the office of his media group as, on each wall of the office pictures of Quaid and historical documents are displayed. 

He breathed his last on 24th July 2014 and Pakistan lost a great asset of the country who had played a great role in journalism, politics and protecting and preserving the Pakistan’s history. He will be remembered always with respect and honor. He was supported by many for being the guiding light for the nation. I pray for the departed soul and may God bless his soul in peace.

Majid Nizami was the protector of the ideology of Pakistan and a torchbearer of the freedom of journalism. His commitment towards the ideology of Pakistan especially his stance on the Kashmir issue cannot be questioned. His services for Pakistan shall be remembered forever.

Will UN ever act against Daesh? by Senator A. Rehman Malik

Daesh is expanding in the world unhindered and it is franchising world-wide and I have written this book mainly to inform the world about its emergence as even more dangerous and lethal than the Taliban & Al Qaeda. I felt that it is my obligation to uncover the growing effect of terrorism and brutalities taking place under its cover. It is generating a conceptual culture of Daeshism which is being adopted by the other like bodies in the world. For an instance if we look towards the atrocities being carried out in India against the humanity and the minorities it shows a same trend and ideology. Recently we have witnessed a video clip in the Social Media in which a young girl is being beaten up by a group of young lads projecting the extremist mind set of RSS. Quoted incident and many others of the same nature clearly reflect that the trending Daesh-ism is a formed up shape of RSSism in India. There is a dire need that the common man from all over the world must be acquainted with the realities behind these cults of terror and brutalities. I have jolted down the inside account of Daesh/ ISIS and its hidden Agenda and I am confident that this book will serve as a great aid to the United Nations for conscripting the Leadership of Daesh and formulating a future course of action against this Monster.

Daesh’s presence in Afghanistan and the rest of the region is an alarming threat to the whole world as the deadly terrorist group is replacing Al-Qaeda & Taliban through a well-planned strategy. I was the one who first ever named Taliban as Zaliman for their brutalities against humanity. Daesh is worse than the Taliban, which is now trying to bring a new Ideology as Daesh-ism which is anti – Islam.

I as then Interior Minister had closely watched and followed the real motives of these terrorists and discovered the exact modus operandi of their moves and operations. I was keenly observing the behaviour of Al Qaeda and the emergence of Daesh starting from the ouster of Hossni Mubarak to the developments of Arab Spring and violation in Libya to Syria.

There are many other events and in the meanwhile Daesh began its activities worldwide.

I kept chasing and reported activities of Daesh other sources and discovered the first ever presence of Daesh in Daska - area of Sialkot and its further expansion to the Southern Punjab and finally its presence was reported in Kalar Syedan, near the Capital. Omar Khalid Khorasani claimed to be the local representative of Daesh.

Its expanding activities compelled me to write the book titled “Daesh-ISIS; A rising monster worldwide” which was launched on 17th July, 2019. I would like to share that the motivation behind the book was to put my experience in the war against terrorism and to expose the deadly terrorist outfit – Daesh/ISIS for the information of the people and to give a wakeup call to the world leadership and the international community to play its role in smashing this monster. I was very well aware of the after effects of exposing the affairs of such deadly organisation yet I decided to write with full facts for the information of a common man in the interest of International peace.

In the mid of 2014, in a Press Conference in Islamabad, I had stated that I had warned the then government that instead of remaining in a state of denial, it should take serious action before Daesh spreads like Taliban and may push the country into another phase of terrorism. Despite my repeated warnings, the Government of the time was not prepared to accept its presence, but I continued my chase and the country witnessed the terrorist actions in Pakistan claimed by Daesh. However, our security agencies have been playing a great role in identifying its operators and smashing the handlers and blocking their entry on the Afghan border.

I have highlighted as to how Daesh/ ISIS is more lethal than Al-Qaeda and Taliban in South Asia, Middle East and Europe even it will continue to great threat to China as per assessment made in the book and this monster can push the whole world into another bloodiest phase of terrorism, if not smashed on time. I have interacted with many Iraqis and Libyans including Libyan Former Interior Minister about the activities of Daesh and each of them confirmed the presence of Daesh in Libya and other parts of the world. My research and personal interaction with different heads of states and other Interior ministers enabled me to get the insight of the emergence and growth of Daesh and their worries. I have also indicated tactical operations of Daesh, its destruction and brutalities and its future designs in the book.

This book “DAESH-ISIS; Rising Monster Worldwide” contains all about what people want to know about Daesh and its dreadful terror creating modalities. It is very unfortunate that the killers /operators of Daesh, Al-Qaida, and the Taliban recite Kalma / Allah-o-Akbar and the one who is killed also chant the same slogans. This ideology of Daesh is anti-Islam and will continue to be anti-Islam. I have narrated all the facts in my book as to who created and funded the creation of Daesh in the beginning. Daesh is fully present in Afghanistan and doing its actions in Pakistan via Afghanistan. I have mapped out the locations of Daesh training centres as well.

In view of my assessments about the fast growing Monster of Daesh, I have proposed following immediate counter measure in my book:

1)  There should be consolidated and collective effort to block the growth of Daesh with an international common counterterrorism strategy duly discussed and formulated at the United Nations. 

2)  An immediate conference should be called by UNO to formulate a common counterterrorism strategy, especially to control the rising of Daesh. 3)  I appeal to the UNO to constitute a Fact-Finding Commission to investigate the growth and ongoing brutalities in the world and the Commission should submit its report within 3 months.4)  Daesh should be declared as deadly terrorist organization and stern actions against its sympathizers, financer and abettor should be taken mercilessly.5)  The OIC should declare Daesh as anti-Islam organization as it is bringing a bad name to the religion by claiming to be an Islamic Organization.6)  There should be an Interfaith Harmony Commission under the United Nations to enhance harmony among all faiths and religions.

I have given the facts based on personal experience and interaction with various international authorities and my participation in various security forums. It is based on my own actions in Pakistan and by closely watching the mysterious growth of Daesh starting from its initial days in Fallujah Iraq to various countries of the Middle East and subsequently its expansion towards west. There is a big question being asked worldwide as to who is funding Daesh including heavy weapons, tanks and missiles.

I appeal to the world to avert the growth of this monster before it grows bigger than Al-Qaeda to destroy the peace of the world.

The inside account shows that Daesh is emerging as an ideology of Daesh-ism and its available missionaries in the world which could be used by any aspirant of dealing matters through terrorism.

I have also given the details as to how India went closer to Daesh and how the Indian National Security Advisor created working relation with Daesh to use them in Indian Occupied Kashmir. I have proved the link between RSS & Daesh.

Now there is a deep relation between Daeshism & RSS-ism and unfortunate evil success of the Indian National security advisor who is the real designer of brutalities in Kashmir with newly induction of Daesh.

You will find all whatever you want to know about Daesh in this book. It also indicates as to how Chinese nationals are being trained by Daesh in Afghanistan and what are next fears in the hand of operators of Daesh.
